One of my dreams has always been to work with people who are as passionate, spontaneous and slightly insane about making things as I am. Which, to be fair, is quite a specific dating profile for a business partner. I’ve realised that with my ADHD, I need someone who will let me disappear down a creative side quest for 45 minutes, listen to me explain an idea that started with “okay hear me out…”, and then still remember what we were actually supposed to be doing. Enter: @kade_frahm I came to Joburg this year and, somewhere along the way, found someone who shares the same create first, figure it out later mentality. A few conversations turned into a few more conversations. A few ideas turned into a few too many ideas. And eventually we thought: Fuck it. Let’s make something. So we started Not Yet Studio. Our little playground for making cool shit, collaborating with cool people, experimenting, and probably starting more side quests than necessary. Not Yet because the whole point is that it doesn’t have to be figured out yet. The idea isn’t finished. The next thing hasn’t happened. We’re still figuring it out. But that’s kind of the point. And our first big thing that you’ll actually be able to see out in the world — while driving 👀 — is launching next month. So… yeah. Hi. We started a studio. Phwee, Joburg.
