I told myself a while ago that I’d never run just to run. It was a very narrow minded way of thinking. Shout to my brother @miccolla4 for challenging our family to find other ways to stay healthy after our organized sports days are over. I completed my first half marathon ever without a whole lot of training. I finished in 2 hours and roughly 19 and half mins achieving a 10:24 minute per mile pace. I finished along side of my brother and father which made it special. I have a whole new level of appreciation and respect for the running community. Big thank you to my wife, children, and other close family and friends for the support. I’ll be back again really soon ❤️ by @jo_meredith1
