My Banawis! (Banana + Kiwi) They're my source of happiness. No matter how bad I feel, they always make me feel better. That's the magic of having nieces or nephews ❤️
.
I'm turning 37 today. It has been 3 birthdays and 3 Christmas without my dad and some days are still really hard. This year I even had to deal with some health problems that haven't completely finished and it will take a long time to fully recovery, to become completely healthy again. But these babies always make me smile. They don't let me fall. They don't let me give up. They are the cure for my tears.
.
Before becoming an auntie, before they came to my life, I didn't knew I'd love them this much. I'd go to the end of the world for them and I'd destroy the whole universe for them 🫰

Happy Día de muertos!! This is my altar. It improved since I started celebrating this beautiful Mexican tradition a year ago. I started this (as well as Hallowen celebration 4 years ago) due to my beautiful sweet nieces. They even made some drawing to decorate the altar.
.
I want my nieces understand the death as it really is, in a lighter way than society hard rules impose on us. I want they know that their grandpa is around us, that he is looking at us and hearing us even when we cannot see or hearing him. I want my nieces understand that death is not the end, we are still conected to our loved people even when we are obliged to separate ourselves from them.
.
If I can, next year I'll try to cook a traditional Mexican bread called "pan de muertos". It is a sweet bread which recipe I couldn't cook this year.
.
My altar doesn't have photos because there are some of my pets and some people who doesn't have a pic. So, I prefer not place photos on my altar, but I always place my papa's favourite perfume on it ❤️

It's been 2 years and almost 8 months since your departure, dad, and it hurts like hell sometimes, you know.

My Captain, my Polar Star, my lighthouse in adversity, I know we'll meet again one day... And there is no song that makes me cry like this one when I'm thinking on you, so this is for you, papa. Feliz día de los muertos! 💜

7 billion hugs and I only want yours, my dearest daddy.
.
Today it's exactly a year since you left us, but I cannot think words to express all the things I feel, the things I wanna tell you or to explain the void you left in all of us with your departure.
.
It feels still like a bad dream that doesn't have an ending. The telephone ringing still scares me like that night when the hospital told us you finally left us. I look at the sky and clouds remind me of you. Birds, flowers, cooking, doing gardening, songs, sports, the stationary bycicle in your bedroom, when the cat pretends I play with her in the way you used to playing... Everything makes me remember good memories and the infinite knowledge you taught me.
.
I know you see us. I know you know how much we miss you and love you. I know you can hear us talking to you even when we know we won't receive an answer. I know you know we think about you all the time. I know you know I send you a good night kiss every night (similar) like you did with me my whole life.
.
Again, there is no words enough to express all our pain, all our thoughts and all our love for you. I'm still trying to write something that lets me express all that I want. But I cannot find the words yet.
.
My Polar star, I cannot even find words to describe you. To describe the incredible, loyal, warm-hearted, friendly, generous, hardworking, smart, energetic, humble, honest, optimistic, talented, brave, polite, funny, good person you were. I cannot find words to tell the world exactly how you were. There are hundreds of people that were lucky to meet you, but there are thousands that couldn't know the sunshine you were.

My dad's favourite flower. #cebollín in Spanish. #allium in English. He really loved them and I learned to love them too in some way. He taught me that even the smallest or simple things in nature can be the most wonderful ones.

I was spending time on IG yesterday at night and I saw this beautiful photo from @junk_april . And, of course, I cried like a little baby since it was my dad's flower. But crying it's a common"activity" for me now. That and not going to sleep until I faint (between 2 and 3 a.m.), so my brain is worn out and I don't have to think in sad things.

Anyway, this beautiful allium has a secret. The florist used coloured water to improve its beauty. by @jo_noblega

The little bunny lost their father. Now breathing feels like hell sometimes because he meant almost their whole world. He was their main tower, their Polar star, their life mentor.
.
The little bunny's father became a small white and blue butterfly since souls show themselves as butterflies. Now they can only see their father in dreams. Its sad, but from now on the little bunny has to live in that way.
.
Sad, sad, sad. The little bunny is crying in their cave. They cannot change their destiny. Poor little bunny you have to wait until you can meet your daddy again when his soul reincarnates again on this earthly plane.

And now I'm celebrating my birthday without you, my dearest daddy. My first birthday without you. My first Christmas season without you... And it'll be my first New Year celebration without you and it hurts like hell, my dearest daddy. by @jo_noblega

I was looking for on my files when I found these images I took a time ago from Nat's account ( @liveinnarniastudyathogwarts ). Phrases or songs that could be used for lovers or siblings (like Nat did), but today it only makes me think on my father...

Today it's been 6 months since you left us, my dearest daddy. Today it hurts like the first couple of weeks. I mean, you pasing away hurts everyday, but there are days it feels worst. It feels like a f-ing nightmare from which I cannot wake up. It feels like I were falling in a deep dark hole from which I cannot run away. Today it was one of that really bad and agonic days. Days in which I cry most.
.
For 20 years this day (11th September) meant something special and painful for me, as well as it was for thousands or millions of people. Idk if you understood why #11S was so important for me (even when I know it meant something special for you too), but I never thought something else would mean more important for me on this day.
.
If I could I'd tattoo your name on my wrist, but I'm scared of needles. If I could I'd go back in time when I could still hug you, but that's not possible... If I could make it real, you'd be still here bringing up your little granddaughters, but I can only do my best to teach my nieces as much as possible of all that universe you taught me. I know I'll never become you and I'll never know all the thing you knew and have all the abilities you had and that really scares me most of the time... But I swear you, my dearest daddy, my superhero, my tower, that I'll do my best in everything I try. 💜U. Forever. by @jo_noblega

After you died I read something that made me understand people don't heal their pain after they cry for losing somebody. People learn to live with that pain for the rest of their life. It won't stop hurting, but you have to wake up and get up everyday trying to make something that could have made happy the person you lost.
.
You have to hug your pain and cry as much as you need. But, then, you have to keep living for those you lost.
.
Looking at old photos, I've realized you couldn't do all the things you'd planned and didn't have all the things you wanted, but you had love and big parties with friends and family. You had laughs and all the things you needed. I should be grateful for all the things you had with a lot of effort and hard work. Because you never owe nothing to nobody and you never let we suffer.
.
In some way, we knew you could die, but we refused that idea. We had hope and we believed until the last f-ing second, my dearest daddy. Despite that, I know you helped me to make a Christmas tree with cans feeling it could be the last thing we'd do together. And I hated last Christmas season because I felt all the time it could be the last we'd spend together. You were giving us more advice and teaching us more things. We paid more attention all that time because something inside us were telling us it could be the last one.
.
At the end, you left the 3 of us to live the rest of our life without you. And I know it's not your fault.
.
Your granddaughters ask for you sometimes. If you're fine, if you're looking at them, if you're proud that they're learning things, where do you sleep, how is the place where you are now, if you're eating well... I try to answer them all that I can and they feel better. But they are sad sometimes. All of us are sad and cry.
.
And I know now that I'll never heal from losing you, but I'll try to live everyday for the rest of my life in a way that you could feel happy and proud of me. And I promise you I'll do my best with my nieces. I won't be you, but I'll try to bring them up as better as I can in the way you brought me up, my dearest daddy. by @jo_noblega

It has been a month since I lost you, my dearest daddy. A f-ing metastatic cancer appeared and devoured you in 4 months. You, who where a healthy person, who always went to the doctor... And you suffered a lot of pain during that time.
.
There are moments in which I still feel this is just a f-ing nightmare, a delusion of my stupid mind... But, then, I realize you won't come back home. And it hurts.
.
You were my sunshine, my whole world. You were my hero and the most incredible man that walk on the Earth. The best cook, the best bricklayer, the best gardener, the best mentor, the best photographer, the best architect... the best everything. There were nothing you couldn't do.
.
And you were always there to support me, to hug me, to give me advice, to hear me, to teach me, to give me easy solutions, to accept me, to believe on me, to pamper and indulge me... But also to stop me when I was doing something wrong or bad.
.
Unfortunately, your time in this world came to an end. I know you were given "grace's time" and I'm thankful for all the years you were with me and all the things I enjoyed with you. But I wasn't prepared to lose you. Nobody was. And it hurts as hell, my dearest daddy.
.
You taught us to live together. I, my mum and my sis. You gave me an amazing step-brother, who gave me 2 incredible nieces that make me laugh everyday. In some way, you were preparing us to live without you... But at the end, nobody is really prepared to lose someone.
.
I guess that, luckily for me, you had time enough to enjoy and help me to prepare my first (Halloween) theme party. You had time enough to enjoy your grandchildren and travel with us... by @jo_noblega

I know that saying a word won't make it dissapear all the bad things that are still walking around the world. Consequences of this f-ing Jumanji's year will live with us for 3 o 4 years more (if we are lucky enough), and the memories will live with us forever, but I think we can spread hope and good vibes around the world if we really believe on this.

Unfortunately, I'm not spending this night with my little nieces. So, I won't be able to yell "Jumanji", but I'll still try to say that "magical" word on the toast.

On the other hand, it has been a really hard year. I really wish all the bad things stop and we can start a new year with a different vibe. Hope we can get over this f-ing pandemic and the economy can rise. I also hope God heal my dad as soon as possible. He is suffering a lot and there are days he seems he wanna stop fighting when he cannot tolerate the pain...

There were people that helped me to tolerate this year and breath even at the distance. People like @jenniferlovehewitt and @debrachristofferson with their amazing phrases or @dieleuco with his Simba's pics.

Jen even taught me to accept that it's ok to cry sometimes because it helps you to deal with things. I cried a lot because of the pandemic and quarantine after seeing her crying in april. She helped me to understand that it's not a weak attitud. And it's really helping me now that I have to deal with my dad's illness.

I'm also sharing a message with a kiss that my beautiful #crush @crystalmreed posted after I asked her something. I know it sounds like she is telling me off, but her kiss means a lot for me. Only people who have a real crush and are dealing with strong problems can understand me... Anyway, people we haven't met has helped us and other people around the world without knowing it during all this whole f-ing hard year. Not only celebrities, but also common people helped others without knowing it.

Happy new year 2021!! All the best wishes for everybody!!! 💜💜💜

[Uploaded: I said "Jumanji" in the toast. And my family did it too 🤗🤗]

Merry Christmas Eve!! (a bit later)

It has been nine months since the last time I published something. The same amount of time I haven't got out or worn jeans. I thought I was wearing jeans on Christmas night but it was really hot that night (I live in Argentina).

I suffer from chronic bronchospasm, so I'm more sensitive to this pandemic. Sometimes it made me feel more relaxed reading news from all parts of the world and in different languages, so I knew what to expect or what was gonna happen, but others it just scared me. Anyway, it wasn't easy for anyone. Everybody lived and tried surviving the Coronavirus in different ways and it wasn't never easy. We still have to deal with this for 2 o 3 years more... Unfortunately, the same amount of time I and my family will be fighting against my dad's illness.

It was something that started just 2 months ago and it grew up really quickly. I added lights to the manger and the Christmas tree on 24's night because it was something that my dad always did and I refused to do it by myself, but he is suffering a lot of pain all the time, so he couldn't do it. And I had to do it because of my nieces. They have to spend everyday and smile as better as possible because they're so small and sensitive...

It was a strange Christmas Eve because I had never felt I didn't wanna celebrate it before... I guess most of people felt in the same way because of the Coronavirus and others health problems... Anyway, these last couple of weeks I cooked my cookies' recipe and by first time I cooked ginger's cookies!! Luckily, they tasted very well!! These pics I'm sharing are from my Christmas decoration. I even made a tree with cans!! (Yeah, I've made lots of crafts during this eternal quarantine 😅😁) And I made a little Jesus, so I had 2 Jesus for my nieces, so they could put them on the manger. It's a tradition that the youngest of the family put Jesus on the manger the 24's night. As well as it's a tradition in the family to eat pork loin (or rack/rip of pork or whatever it's called)

Well, I just have to say take care of yourself, respect all the hygiene protocols and try to keep possitive thought as many as possible!!! 💜💜💜 by @jo_noblega
