Two years later and still in the same spot, different body different mindset, still natural, but stronger than ever!
If I can do it then why can't you?
I went to the hospital last year. It took me a while to recover and get back on track after being in the hospital and losing everything. It took me a while to get back on track to lock back in. It is not something easy. It is very difficult but it is possible and is doable. If I can do it then why can't you?
Get up and make it work

Need help locking in dm me lets work together🤝

Fitness Journey | 2024–2026 💪

This journey hasn’t been easy. It has been filled with setbacks, sacrifices, victories, and lessons that have tested me in every way. There were days I wanted to quit, but I chose to keep showing up.

Looking back, I’m proud of how far I’ve come, not because I’ve reached the finish line, but because I never gave up.

I’m incredibly grateful to still be here, blessed with another day to chase my goals and become a better version of myself. Every challenge has built strength, every failure has taught resilience, and every small victory has reminded me that progress is earned, not given.

To everyone I’ve met along this journey, thank you. Your support, encouragement, and belief in me have meant more than you know.

This is proof that consistency beats perfection. Keep believing in yourself, trust the process, and never stop fighting for the life you want. The journey is just getting started.
