𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐒𝐓 𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄 𝐇𝐎𝐌𝐄 𝐁𝐔𝐘𝐄𝐑𝐒!

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐲 𝐟𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑.

I still feel emotional watching these videos. This is what makes me LOVE my job.

I get to help people in one of the biggest milestones in their lives.

I get to become friends with amazing people and include my kids (daughter is playing the ukulele!)

This journey was years in the making, and this house was truly meant for them. I’m so honored to be the one to help them buy their 1st house.

Hawaii is a sacred place for them, so I couldn’t pass up the chance to incorporate it in their closing day!

I feel so proud to be able to help people through real estate!

Some sales are about more than the number on the closing statement.

This Mission Viejo Trust sale was especially meaningful to me because it came through a very good friend, who referred me to their best friend following the loss of a loved one.

The seller was out of state, so having someone they could trust locally to help coordinate & handle the details was especially important.

I know that selling a home during a difficult family transition can feel overwhelming. My goal was to make the process as manageable as possible and take as much off their plate as I could.

We walked through the home together, talked about what made sense to keep and what needed to go, and prepared the property for professional photography and video.

We also had complicated title issues to work through. With the help of my excellent escrow and title team, I was able to get those issues resolved before they could become problems in escrow.

Because of the family’s circumstances, putting the home on the market would also have meant coordinating showings and open houses around their schedule. An off-market sale allowed us to avoid that disruption altogether.

We had expected to bring the property to market at $1.1 million.

Instead, I was able to tap into my agent network, find the rinht huver and nanntiate a $1 25 million sale, $150,000 above the anticipated list price, with strong terms.

The family was able to save significant time, avoid the stress of preparing for a public sale, and resolve the complicated issues with my guidance and resources without needing to hire an attorney.

Of course, I was thrilled to get them a premium price!

But honestly, what meant just as much to me was knowing I had made a difficult process a little easier for them.

I’m so grateful for their trust, for the friend who connected us, and for my escrow and title team who helped me take care of all the details behind the scenes.

This is the part of my job I value most: being the person my clients can lean on when there are a lot of moving pieces, figuring out what needs to happen, and quietly taking care of it.

It’s been a crazy week with 1st day of school for our son, moving our daughter into her college dorm, and closing an escrow!

Life moves so fast, before you know it, 18 years has whizzed by.

We are so proud of our kids and excited to watch their futures unfold.
