From contract to close in just one month — and the HIGHEST Verona transaction of 2025 (to date) — we couldn’t be happier for our lovely seller.
Moving is stressful, especially when you’re racing the clock, which is why having realtors you can rely on well beyond signing day matters. We’re honored our client trusted us to guide her seamlessly from first signature to final key handoff.

Wishing her all the best as she settles into her new home, and wish the new owners of 153 Morningside a lifetime of happiness here! #veronanjrealestate #citytosuburbs #essexcountyrealestate #closingday #stantonrealtors taken in Verona, New Jersey by @joankellerbarrett
