Life is a circle. I was lucky to write for @stylistmagazine for many years, a publication that viewed beauty as a subject worthy of depth, philosophy, introspection and meaning. One that championed women in every environment; not for posturing but to elucidate real cultural and political change. And, it still does. Last week, @officialreome Biogenic Melting Cream won Skincare Cleanse & Moisturise, Prestige or Luxe, at TheIndustry.beauty Innovators Awards. Let me tell you about this formula. It almost never happened. It took 27 submissions and almost 4 years to get it right. Because pairing actives born of biotechnology and longevity science at their clinically validated doses, whilst maintaining skin comfort and bio-compatibility, in a cream format, is, well, nigh on impossible. But we did it. Biogenic Melting Cream contains 11.5% active ingredients [category benchmark sits at 2-4% actives], all the while maintaining its whipped, buttery texture that makes it a dream to apply.
