I, together with Victoria Stephen had the pleasure of hosting the last session of our CSMAOR’s Leadership Academy. We had a phenomenal group of participants this year who were very engaged, smart and committed to their careers, clients and community. They are doing great things and will, no doubt, continue to be very successful and making a meaningful impact along the way! by @joanne.macdonald

Sometimes the next level of your business isn’t another class. It’s getting into a better room 🔥

Real estate may be an independent business… but that doesn’t mean you have to build it alone.

Every week, our office Mastermind brings agents together to share what’s working, talk through challenges, exchange strategies and learn from each other.

And THIS is one of the things I believe makes a difference in this business. 💯

The right environment matters.
The right conversations matter.
The right people in the room matter.

If you’re an agent looking for a brokerage environment where collaboration, education and growth are actually part of the culture — connect with me.

And if you’re already somewhere you love but don’t have a Mastermind? Let's create one. Find agents who want to grow, contribute and challenge each other to get better.

Because sometimes the next level of your business isn’t another class.

It’s getting into a better room. 🔥

Packed it all in yesterday in Santa Barbara We walked the dogs, our friend Brett entertained us in the backyard, went wine tasting at Carr’s, had dinner at Dom’s Taverna, then went to the Poncho Sanchez concert at the Lobero Theater. This morning played 9 holes and had a late breakfast at the Worker Bee cafe in Carpinteria. So much fun!!! Now back home and it’s back to work!! Yes!
