It is time to wake up and remember, we have just been dreaming. This dream called separation, remember that you are a divine soul, remember that you are forgiven you are never judged you are unconditionally loved, remember that you are not born and you do not die, remember that God is playing all the roles, and we are here to wake up from the dream of separation and remember that we are all one and we are loved and we are held and supported! #freedom #grateful #love #peace #god by @joanne.rees.ehlinger

The light of God shines in you, the love of God is your birthright, you have inherent Worth, you are not being judged, you can breathe in love right now you can exhale out fear, devote yourself to serving the divine presence within you, give what you want, treat people the way you want to be treated, see the Christ in everyone, God is playing all of the roles.. How can you get free from these debilitating addictive behaviors? Well, the first step is honesty admit to yourself that this thing has you Addiction lives in the thinking it’s obsessive thinking and our thoughts are deceptive so being honest about that secondly, being open minded be open to ask for help to receive help be open to saying I don’t know if you think you know well then you’re probably not open and the last thing is willingness willingness to ask for help willingness to ask for spiritual help willingness to talk about some of the damage that this Addiction might be doing in your life the consequences you have had honesty open-mindedness, and willingness is where we start.#freedom #grateful #recovery #sobriety #healing by @joanne.rees.ehlinger

Prioritizing, self love and self-care, spending time every day in nature, walking, barefoot, if possible is ideal, taking big deep breaths, and focusing on gratitude for being able to take a walk for being able to show up to love and support people, grateful for this moment for my family, for my strong, healthy body, grateful that I have such a wonderful relationship with my children, grateful that I have a profound, spiritual tool kit I can listen I can access wisdom. I can wake myself up and remember that I am a soul we are souls we are eternal, we are not the bodies, whatever may be happening with the bodies, physically emotionally. We can observe that with some neutrality and come back to all is well. Remembering that I can drop all concern, that this does not require my thinking, to watch the beauty of the sunset to listen to the thunder and the lightning to be grateful for the rain. Life is really good and I am grateful for this moment for this day for the opportunities to Choose Love again and again.#love #grateful #god #peace #healing by @joanne.rees.ehlinger

I noticed a lot of energy moving, when I talk to people, I hear that they are getting hijacked a lot, and I’m noticing this in myself, emotions, arise stories and narratives arise. It is very easy to get swept up in perspectives, and all of this is an opportunity to be here now, to be in this moment, right here, right now, loving what is, in a place of Deep acceptance, approval and appreciation, a deep breath, a hand on your heart chanting love love love I love you. I love you. I love you. Stay present. Go Within and let whatever’s happening in the external be just as it is. None of it has any power. #freedom #grateful #love #peace #healing by @joanne.rees.ehlinger
