These photos and 1 video were from 4 years ago today on a mtb trip to Downieville. They are taken on Sierra Buttes Fire Lookout elevation is ~8500 ft. I remember being a bit nervous looking down through the metal grates on the tower and the stairs to the tower, thinking “ holy shit that is long fall” 😬😂
And a hard climb to get there, but the views were so freaking amazing!!
