Honey lives on 🍯… It took me about a year to fully integrate this massive life change. I made this photo book in honor of the love story that was Honey. I miss her, but it’s so clear to me now how badly I needed to move on. Sometimes the right decisions are the hardest decisions.

My recent trip back to CO was exactly what I needed.
Lots of love from humans that I miss every day.
(Some hugs were not captured due to late nights and dance floors. But, I still collected them!)

2025 was Life Altering…

🎧 I finally started DJing - I played 10xs and have recorded sets online

🍵 I took 8 pottery classes and made 10 pieces of art

🏝️ I turned 40 in Jamaica with 9 of my closest friends

☀️ I took my first solo vacation to research a new city

🍯 I sold my business

⚡️ I bought my dream EV car and drove it across the country

🌆 I moved across the country by myself

🖊️ I wrote every day for 8 months

🃏 I started learning Tarot

📖 I read countless books

💜 I supported friends and family through their own monumental life changes

🤝 I made some new friends in my new city

I’m going to say 2025 was a win, even if it was one of the hardest.

Happy Birthday to my longest standing CO bestie. Joey Ocean Prince 🌊👑🦀
I met Joey in the very beginning chapter of my Colorado story in 2012. We have navigated the past 13 years of parties, travel, adventure, death of friends, living together, and countless life blessings and life struggles with an undying love for one another.
Our friendship has birthed so many other friendships - and so many epic life highlight memories.

Jamaica is a pivotal piece of my family history. My parents started going every year in the 90s, and they brought us in 2002 and 2010. I went on my own for spring break in college. And, we spread my Dad’s ashes there in 2014. 🖤
There is so much to be said about this very special place. It saved my Dad every year from seasonal depression. It brought us together closer as a family. It fostered positive memories amidst a tumultuous childhood. It expanded our horizons and connections past the cultural limitations of Montana. It impacted our music tastes. It shaped how I relate to people. It influenced my very constitution. It is etched in my soul.
I am so lucky to get to bring 10 of my friends back for my 40th birthday. Celebrating in a place that has been so meaningful to my story.

3yr Adoption Anniversary 🐾
I knew Nini was supposed to be in my life the moment I met her at the Boulder Humane Society.
I was adamant that they take my info down after she had already been “reserved/saved” for someone else. On my drive back to Denver, they called me and said the other people backed out last minute.
I picked her up the next day.
She is such an easy dog (especially compared to Willow 🥰). She is so sweet, snuggly, athletic, and patient. I couldn’t have asked for a better canine companion.

If you have lost anyone in your life to suicide, I’m always a resource. If I can help anyone get through what my sister and I have been through with any more guidance and support than we had, I’m more than willing and able.
