Fewer than 1% of people complete a half marathon in their lifetime, & I just became one of them✨

6 months of hard work paid off. Don’t be fooled by the pictures; this was the hardest thing I have done so far! I cried & wanted to give up, but I remembered I worked hard for this. Extremely thankful for my body & mind because when one wants to give up the other one will continue to push🥹

On September 3, I lost my sweet best friend. Because of cancer I had to make the decision to let you go. Almost a month has passed & the pain continues to be the same. I continue to look for you in all the places you loved & hope to catch a glimpse of that beautiful soul.

My sweet Kuku taught me many things, and I’ll forever be grateful to have learned what unconditional love really is because of him & Levi. They arrived when I needed them the most, & I hope to find them in every lifetime.

I know one day we’ll reunite, but until then Levi & I will continue to live the life you loved full of chaos, walks, food & lots of love.

I’ll always love you. It hurts to say that now I have to remember you for longer than I have known you.
