I’m grateful to so many people who have enhanced this beautiful story that we call life. But to be honest– in the darkest days or the moments my mind takes me places I’d rather not be, there’s one person who has pulled me up through the rubbish and that’s myself. I recently was reminded by @laceystonefitness that we often times forget that we need to be our biggest cheerleader 📣 Wake up in the morning and thank yourself for being amazing. BECAUSE YOU ARE! And if you are an absolute POS and can’t even look in the mirror, well it’s never too late to practice self love and growth. Here’s to constantly growing, but always loving the current version of who we are. 🫶🫶

This is 36. Grateful for all the lives I’ve lived, lessons learned and memories made. I’m so grateful for all the chapters and struggles and look forward to making sure each decision made continues to benefit my health and maximize my well being. This new year I am promising myself to prioritize things that benefit me and reciprocate the same energy I give. I’m grateful to God every day that I have been able to experience the greatest moments and have lived a life I never dreamed imaginable. Capricorn SZN is here ♑ Apparently it’s a good time to set goals and turn them into actionable steps. Capricorns are said to age backwards: they become increasingly youthful, optimistic, and playful as they mature. Cheers to never growing up and (hopefully) passing for 25 for many years to come 🥂 by @jocelinalbor

Mishka, also known as : The Mish, Baby Bugs, Мишка, Trotsky, Star of the Show, The Hound, and many more nicknames he earned through the years.
March 1, 2014- September 8, 2024
It’s been two months since Mishka left this world. I haven’t said anything because I don’t want it to be real. I’ve never experienced a love so innocent and pure, I am grateful that he gave me that. He brought so much joy to everyone, including young kids who would light up with joy when he would pass by. He made me realize how much I could love and he loved me in return. I always wanted to have a house for him to run free in a yard without the leash. He had puppy energy till the end. I am thankful to have been able to experience a love so unconditional & boundless. He was spoiled, and always got his way. He truly was a star 💫

I’ve lost many loved ones throughout the years. Myself and my friends within my hometown have all experienced tremendous loss, starting from a young age. I thought that would prepare me for this moment to be able to handle this loss with strength and grace. I haven’t. I imagined him living to be 20. We are not in control, God has a plan. Mishka had been my constant & true joy—he loved everyone as much as they loved him. When my friends started having kids I knew I would be happy without a child because Mishka was more than enough for me. I knew the love I had for him was so tremendous, loving a child would be too great for me to handle. He showed me that I am capable of a love so great, bigger than myself. He showed me that love can be selfless, & worth living for. I’m so thankful that I was able to spend part of my life with him, he gave me more than I could have wished for. I still haven’t fully processed him being gone & often instinctively wait for him to come to me. I will never take love for granted, I will always be grateful for the joy he brought everyday. Thank you to everyone who loved him..he loved you! The denial phase may last a lifetime but so will my love for him. Mao is trying to adjust💔

Mish caught leptospirosis from the disgusting city of NYC. Get your pet vaxxed for this if possible.
