Come bounce with me 🤸🏼‍♀️

Such a fun way to get your heart rate up while working on balance, coordination and stability. The unstable surface challenges your deep stabilising muscles, and the bouncing motion also supports lymphatic flow ❤️‍🔥

And the best part! It’s low impact on your joints!

Cardio Sculpt at the @themovementlab_sa ! A fun high-impact class where we alternate strength sections with cardio 🔥 Such a good one!! Come join me every Wednesday at 9am in Sea Point! ❤️‍🔥 by @jodimoves

Saturday PILATES 🌞

We can all feel that we are slowly but surely going into winter… we will keep our Saturday classes outdoors for as long as possible, but when it gets too cold, we continue indoors. Indoor classes will take place at the Hellenic Club in Mouille point 💥

For now: enjoy the last bits of Summer and keep an eye on my page to find out when the classes will move to the studio.
