FINAL DAY, closing circle at our retreat this week..

Key part of the formula is to find that CLARITY we are seeking that will greatly impact what matters the most to us right now…

Then, through CONNECTION with self and others, we can voice what comes up, speak our truth authentically and be heard, seen and felt…

We always allow for enough space to be truly COMPLETE before we pack up and leave, and head home prepared to reintegrate and infuse what we have learned.

It’s not just a getaway for 4 days. It’s a journey BACK inward to remember who we really are and who we intend to become next..

So grateful.
So fulfilled.
So open to Love’s Higher Purpose.

I’m a camp kid.

Every summer I spent 1-2 months at overnight camp 🏕️, my home away from home.

Freezing mornings by the lake in my pyjamas.

All day going from one activity to another with our friends.

Swim, canoe 🛶, ski, Arts + Crafts, camp play 🎭 practice and ☀️ all along the way!

I made lifelong friends - the kind you can see once in 10 years and it feels like you saw each other yesterday.

In my corporate days, I remember always feeling trapped in the gym 🏋🏻‍♀️, looking outside the huge windows, wishing I was in the sun.

When I started my own business, I knew I wanted to create freedom from myself.

Freedom to do what I want, when I want and with whom I want. Now I can go to the beach every day if I want to.

Building a Signature Workshop that runs consistently every 2 weeks, and brings in new clients like clockwork has been a game-changer.

Think workshops are dead? ☠️

Think again.

They are alive!! And, when you build yours to convert, you’ll never look back.

Comment or DM “workshop” to join me for me free live 🔥 Trust-First Conversion Method Workshop where I’ll be sharing the exact framework I used to generate 💰 $225k+ with ONE workshop. We go live on Wednesday, July 8th at 12pm edt. See you there! by @jodirumackcoaching

The Trust-First Conversion Method: Create your Signature Workshop that converts cold leads into clients in 60 minutes is back! Today is part 1 of my ASK ME ANYTHING series this week!
We go live on July 8th! Want to join us? DM “workshop” and I’ll send you the link. by @jodirumackcoaching

Got another great one in the books for 2026! So grateful to have friends returning and new friend joining the circle.

We moved, we ate great food, had some introspection, connection and professional development.

Recovered. Restored. Refocused!

Here is to a successful second half of the year! Let’s go! by @jodirumackcoaching

This year I made a new decision.

I decided not to be in sales mode all year long.

Instead, some months are more focused on relationships and nurturing our clients + community, and others are more focused on new clients and sales.

It doesn’t mean we don’t do both throughout the year, it just means there’s an intentional focus on one or the other at any given time.

July 1st isn’t far away, and it’s the perfect time to go into nurture mode (and take full advantage of the summer weather!), so that when September - one of the BEST months to gain new clients - rolls around, you’ve got tons of new leads in your pipeline because you’ve been building relationships all summer long!

If you haven’t yet launched your Group Coaching Offer, then September is calling your name!

And the first step? Save your spot for the Design the Perfect Group Coaching Offer Workshop.

We’re going live in just 2 days, on June 10th at 12pm Eastern and, yes, there will be a replay.

By the time this workshop is over you’ll:
* Discover exactly how long your program should be (no more 8-12 week courses)

* How and what to charge for your program (you don’t need to charge high-ticket prices)

* How to bring in clients all the time (so you never have to say no to helping, or to $$)

* Ditch the myth that you have to create a course, and exactly learn what to do instead

* Uncover how to find clients, and build relationships, without spending all day on social media, creating a ton of content or building fancy funnels.

AND, your Group Coaching Offer will be created!

Let’s talk about sales for a second.

You’re booking sales calls, but they aren’t closing.

So down the rabbit hole you go thinking stuff like…

…am I delivering enough value on the call?
…am I ever going to have enough clients?
…am I really meant for this?

But…I’m going to stop you right there.

We need to know the numbers.

I know how it feels when you get a bunch of NOs, but if you booked 3 calls and they all said NO, that’s normal - especially if you’re new to sales.

For every 10 calls you do, even if you close 30%+ (which is the goal), you’re going to get 7 NOs. 7 of them!

We can’t base our thoughts, feelings and decisions on a small number of people because there aren’t enough of them to warrant going down the rabbit hole, that can be so easy to fall into!

So, do yourself a favour. Next time you don’t close your call, I want you to say to yourself, “Awesome! One more NO, is one more step CLOSER to a YES!”

If you’re still not closing 30%+ after you’ve done 20+ calls - yes 20, that’s when we start to look at other things like the offer, the pricing, the call delivery itself.

Why are coaches working SO hard, and seeing so little return?

You know you were meant to do this work.
You heard that calling, felt the nudge in your gut and got the courage to take action.

You dove in HARD - listening to all the podcasts, watching all the live masterclasses, workshops and trainings you could find.

You went all in on a website, you created a lead magnet (or 2…or 3…or 5…), and the fancy funnel to go with it.

And, along the way you got stuck, overwhelmed and burnout because you were trying to do TOO MUCH.

Too many projects, shiny object syndrome, and way too many hours staring at the computer, trying to become a copywriter, graphic designer and tech whiz because that’s what the gurus told you you had to do.

I know this story because it’s mine too. But over the years I learned that SIMPLE is BETTER, and FASTER.

Take care of you and your Life Force FIRST.

Create an intentional launch (or growth) plan and STAY THE COURSE. Stop thinking something “over there” is better.

Create ONE system. REVIEW. UPGRADE. REPEAT. THIS is how you create a system that is predictable and consistent.

Learn how to create content that engages, reaches new people and creates conversation.

Stop wearing the “I’m working all the time” badge.

Take back your power, your time and your life force. THIS is the real win.

On Thursday, June 11th, we’re hosting our annual CEO Reset Retreat where we’ll show you exactly how to build a successful Coaching business with simplicity, clarity and systems that will light you up, make building your business fun again, and help you get clients FASTER than ever before.

Comment “CEO” below or send me a DM to get your invitation. Early Bird ends Thursday, May 21st! #retreat #onlinecoach #onlinebusinesscoach #clients by @jodirumackcoaching

Are you listening to your own intuition? Listening to others has taken me in the wrong direction a fewwwww times. Learning to trust myself was a lesson I had to learn over and over until I finally GOT IT. You don’t have to do what the gurus say, or worry about what other coaches in your space are doing, or charging. YOU DO YOU. #intuition #selftrust #growth #onlinecoaching by @jodirumackcoaching

Stop thinking they aren’t going to buy right away.

When you are connecting with people directly through a call or a live (virtual or in-person) event, the time to nurture is NOW.

90-95% of our clients buy with us immediately following a workshop.

In order for people to buy 3 things need to be in place:

1️⃣ They need to believe that YOU are the one who can help them. Share your offer and transformation with conviction!

2️⃣ They need to believe that the strategy is the RIGHT ONE for them.

3️⃣ They need to believe that THEY can execute the strategy.

When you build your calls or live events with these 3 things in mind, the right people will say YES, NOW. #sales #onlinecoach #conviction #shiftingbeliefs by @jodirumackcoaching
