6 months feels so long ago now 💪 by @joe.redmore

@timstewart_teamcbc appreciation post 🫡

Starting working with Tim a year ago with a point to prove to myself - that I had what it takes step on stage and not look out of place.

From winning an untested show at PCA Yorkshire as a natural and finishing 3rd in Britain at the UKDFBA Finals, I’m pretty proud of myself 💪

Couldn’t have done it without this guy, to keep me accountable, to help me improve week after week and to get me through a gruelling 6 month prep. The man doesn’t miss 🎯

Also shout out @baldbarbellguy and @j_hattersley for making show days bearable 👌🏼 by @joe.redmore

FIRST PLACE BABY! 🏆

What a day yesterday was. Placing 1st in my hometown show at PCA Yorkshire in Men’s Physique Tall against some solid competition. I still can’t believe it.

I signed up to this show with no expectations. I just wanted to step on stage in front of friends and family and enjoy the experience.

Getting to hear my name called out as the winner was pretty incredible and instantly made all the hard work and discipline that I’d poured into this over the last 21 weeks worth it.

I set myself a target a year ago to step on stage, enjoy the experience and the entire journey getting there. As tough as it has been at times I still fucking love it 🤣

It’s not over yet though - 2 more shows back to back in the next 2 weeks and I honestly cannot wait.

We go again on Sunday 🫡 @timstewart_teamcbc
