Extremely grateful for all of the amazing beautiful people in my life that help give me a different perspective on things, due to different cultures, races, religious beliefs, and upbringings, very grateful for over ten years friendship with @heathersmallmpeople who I intellectually spar with on a regular basis. Thank you for helping me see things differently. And a shout out to all my other intellectual sparring partners, you know you are. @medicinefestival was as magical as always this year. Amazing talks, work shops, music, dancing, deeper connections and hugging with my healthy community. My 3 hour Tamazacal experience was unreal, dancing with the full crew to @danit_music @mosemusica @porangui and listening to the phenomenal @chantressseba at the sacred glade was reminiscent of my @nessigomesmusic experience there. Naked sauna at the end of each day was extremely freeing. The big takeaway as always is feeling the love I have for my expanding family and connecting more like minded souls together ❤️❤️ taken in Medicine Festival by @joe1111m

Extremely grateful to be a part of the @alpinerunproject, taking inner city youngsters to the mountain peaks. Creating safe spaces for our youth whilst challenging them/us is profound, leaning into the opportunities that hide in all challenges. The Welsh 3 peak challenge in@24hrs was physically & psychologically testing, but we done it. Amazing work by @alpinerunproject my bro @jonnymac83 and @youthbeyondborders

Challenges are growth opportunities!!! so when unexpected challenges come your way, embraced them, look for the opportunity once the emotional response has settled, and on the flipside of that actually seek out challenges for Growth, lean into the resistance, climb mountains, begin that start up business, train hard, start meditating even if difficult, jump in that cold lake. We only live once and when we fuck up , so what do it again. An evening with the inspiring @deepakchopra, a guided meditation and intimate dinner, extremely grateful. Strong synchronicity with Deepaks @urbanyogisuk and @glovesnotgunz collaboration of which I’m an extremely proud ambassador. In our conversations I asked him what I can say to the problematic younger generation to help them onto a spiritual path, “spark and encourage creativity” is what he said, and “create a healthy, spiritual community”. In todays society where the wrong type of “celebrity”in my opinion are in the public eye it’s people like this, that should be pushed to the forefront. “Who am I?” “What am I?” “What is my purpose?” I’m extremely grateful for the beautiful people I have in my life who are on the same path as me, you know who you are. I’m so happy and grateful to announce I am now an ambassador for @glovesnotgunz. It’s amazing what they do, Boxing and Mindfulness for underprivileged children who are getting into trouble with the police. Boxing gives them discipline, and yoga @beneckettyoga mindfulness. Ambassadors like myself being the positive role models theses kids need, a property developer, Angel investor & entrepreneur, giving them a chance in life other than crime & tapping into their business minds. Sport with my family @jonnymac83 the only Nike sponsored Ironman in the world. Thank you so much for all the love and support my friends and family have shown me on this, I’m truly humbled.
