Hey:) an update from me. Fasted shots from my check in yesterday!

Week 6 of the health phase - 200mg Test E weekly

Currently weighed in @103.2kg. A big drop as I have taken GH completely out due to tendon issues, a loss of fullness and intracellular fluid has seen a couple of kilos dropped.

Still though, strength hasn’t dropped at all and recovery is great. So no muscle loss:)

Hopefully after my bloods come back next week I will be okay to start pushing the needle again, still lots of improvements I want to make before I commit to a prep. But would love to compete this time next year if the next push up phase goes well:) by @joecarefit_

Welcome to the team….

We are thrilled to announce the launch of the @thesanctumofficial athletes program, initially supporting 5 talented members on their journeys to success, with ambition to add more in the future.

Our goal is to provide a platform for growth, development, and achievement, beyond just a training space.

We're grateful to our athletes for their trust and to our partners for their support. (More to come)

We're excited to share the next stage of our journey with you and watch this group thrive! 😊

Push and posing @thesanctumofficial

Fasted weight 104kg - Best I have ever looked at this weight by a mile.

Almost every lift progressed today

Currently in the hyperbolic chamber of doing everything to the best of my ability and nailing all variables so I can progress in the gym. In the hopes of presenting a physique that shows hard work and consistency in which I’ll be proud of next year.

More work to do, feel so blessed I get to live this lifestyle everyday:)

SUNDAY LEG DAY

Easily the most demanding sessions of the week, but most fulfilling if you fully send it and leave nothing on the table. This is my Hamstring biased session, with a hip hinge and hyper extensions added in.

Session as follows:

STANDING CALF RAISE: 10-15 x 3
LYING LEG CURL: 10-15 x 3
BB RDL: 6-10 x 1 , 10-15 x 1
PENDULUM: 6-10 x 1 , 10-15 x 1
SL LEG PRESS: 10-15 x 2
LEG EXTENSION: 10-15 x 2 ( 2nd set with a rest pause)
HYPER EXTENSION: 10-15 x 1 drop set to body weight until failure.

Im absolutely cooked, but if you wanna grow your legs you need to be walking like you’ve pooped your panties afterwards 👍🏼

Fasted check in shots from this morning! Lowest weight of prep again @88.8kg. Even after a day of higher carbs weight has dropped again, some fatigue has come off to say the least!

Leg day today, can’t wait to smash the session. Feeling absolutely class at 4 weeks out. Most of the digging has been done, just a little bit more to go and we’re show ready😈 by @joecarefit_
