$Weak Hand Work 🩼🏀 My boy @joecastro813 fractured his wrist over the weekend and was upset because he thought he wouldn’t be able to train or improve for the next few weeks. I told his dad: “Don’t worry. We can still get better. I got him.” Today was our first session. And let’s just say… He definitely wasn’t expecting a 1-handed workout to be like this. 😂 But he worked. And he killed it. This is what growth requires. Adversity happens. Injuries happen. But if you truly want to improve, there is almost always something you can work on. Today’s focus: 📝 Weak hand development 📝 Footwork 📝 Vision 📝 Pace 📝 Finishing touch 📝 Decision making No excuses. Just adapt & make it happen. That’s part of the journey. 📈 by @joecastro813$
