⛳️❤️ GREAT DAY. GREAT FRIENDS. GREAT CAUSE.

Nothing better than spending a day on the golf course with great friends while supporting an even greater cause!

Proud to support the BoBo’s Classic and this year’s beneficiary, Brian’s Foundation of Hope, helping bring hope and assistance to those affected by brain cancer.

Days like this remind you that golf is about much more than the scorecard—it’s about friendship, community, giving back, and making a difference. 🙏⛳️

Congratulations to everyone involved in putting together another great event and to all who came out to support the cause!

Great golf + Great friends + Giving back = A day well spent! 🏌️‍♂️❤️

🏡 SOLD! 🎉

CLOSED! This stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in a gated waterfront community with breathtaking views of the Throggs Neck and Whitestone Bridges is officially sold!

This wasn’t the easiest transaction, but it’s a great reminder that when everyone works together with patience, professionalism, and excellent communication, we make it to the closing table.

A special thank you to Joe Cosentino for his professionalism and collaboration throughout the transaction, and congratulations to Joe and his wonderful buyers on their new home!

Thank you as well to Laurie Galioto for helping keep everything moving smoothly every step of the way.

Congratulations to everyone involved—it truly took a team effort to make this happen! 🥂

Retake on a Classic 🎨🚇 — WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE!

SANE × ELF — MPC — 1986

Straight block-letter piece painted in complete darkness at the Morris Park Esplanade — aka the “Rook 2” layups. No lights, no fancy caps… just paint, adrenaline and the MPC boys getting it done.

WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE — if you know, you know! 👊🏻🚇

Different era. Different game. Great memories. Keeping that piece of NYC graffiti history alive.

⛳️❤️ 27 YEARS OF HONORING A LEGACY, FRIENDSHIP & GIVING BACK

What a great day at the John Gioffre Memorial Golf Outing, celebrating an incredible 27 years of keeping John’s memory and legacy alive while giving back to the next generation.

Each year, funds raised help recognize a deserving Port Chester High School student-athlete who demonstrates excellence in sports, academics and leadership—both on and off the field. 🏆📚

One of the best parts of the day was getting the opportunity to reconnect with old teammates and great friends, share some laughs, tell some old stories, and enjoy another round of golf together. Some friendships and memories never fade. ⛳️🤝

That’s what this outing is really about—friendship, community, tradition and keeping John’s legacy alive while creating opportunities for deserving young people.

Congratulations to everyone who has supported this special event for the past 27 years!

Great golf. Old teammates. Great friends. A great cause. And a legacy that continues. ❤️⛳️

🎨 Retake on a Classic — KER × SANE • MPC • 1986

Taking it back to 1986 — KER & SANE, MPC. We painted this piece in complete darkness under the Amtraks. No lights. No fancy equipment. Just paint, stock caps, instinct and the mission. 🎨🔥

The colors were straight out of that era: Krylon Pink, Dusty Rose, Plum and Baby Blue, mixed with whatever scrap White and Navy we had left. Nothing wasted. Nothing planned perfectly. We worked with what was in the bag and made it happen.

No LED lights. No phones. No social media. Just two writers, a wall, Krylon cans and the night.

Almost 40 years later, I wanted to bring this classic back and keep the original flavor alive.
