Conway in October! 🎃

Every fall, this charming little town transforms into Halloween Town, with festive decorations, spooky displays, and a downtown full of character that draws visitors from near and far.

We spent some time enjoying the Halloween decorations, strolling the streets, and making memories with little Poppy. 🐾

It’s places like Conway that make living along the Grand Strand so special. by @joecummingsre

Congratulations to these two remarkably hardworking and genuine friends on the purchase of their first home in Heritage Plantation on hole #6 on the golf course! I’m incredibly happy for them and they were such a pleasure to work with. We were able to negotiate this home well below market value to allow them to do some updating. Can’t wait to see what you do with the home!

The gated community of Heritage is not only known for its prestigious golf, but also a private marina with deep water access to the Atlantic Ocean via the ICW, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, clubouse, pool, and live oak trees galore.

These closings are always extra special when you get to help your friends achieve their goals 😊 by @joecummingsre

Happy Labor Day! Another great summer is officially in the books here in Myrtle Beach. Fortunately for us, the summer weather will stick around a little longer, and before we know it, it’ll finally be cool enough to enjoy a round of golf again. One of the things that makes summer in Myrtle Beach so special is seeing our area come alive with visitors from all over the country and around the world. Thank you to all of the tourists, friends, family, and clients who came to enjoy our little piece of paradise this summer. We’re grateful to have you, and we hope to see you back at the beach again next year! by @joecummingsre

I’m very glad that she recognized sometimes a little humor gets you through those challenging moments of a real estate transaction! Thank you, Brianna! by @joecummingsre

And I’m especially excited for Cryotherapy — coming soon! 🥶🙌

Go check them out at the new SoHo Town Center off International Blvd in Carolina Forest and see everything Coastal Wellness has to offer.

It’s always rewarding to help great local businesses find the right space to grow. I’m always here for my clients’ commercial real estate and leasing needs! 🏢🔑 by @joecummingsre

This week in real estate, I had the pleasure of helping one very important client relocate. 🦗
I met this Carolina mantis hanging onto my truck after a trip down Highway 501, and I figured he deserved a luxury upgrade. So, I helped him relocate to the beautiful, gated golf course community of Grande Dunes, where he’ll enjoy peaceful ponds, views of the pristine golf course, and nature in one of the most scenic settings on the Grand Strand.
Fun fact: The Carolina mantis is South Carolina’s official state insect.
Luxury isn’t just for people. Welcome home, little buddy. 🏡 by @joecummingsre
