The truth is that I was super anxious for this 😥

Over a year ago, the sweetest girl from @Telemundo reached out to me, after listening me to tell my story somewhere

50 weeks ago, they interviewed me.
I was worried on how fat I was, and they say that in tv you look even bigger 🤷🏻‍♂️

Bigger than 463 pounds?

Holy! I really at some point was so embarrassed that I didn’t wanted the interview to go on National TV and show this week, food addict with deep issues with other addictions.

But, the last 50 weeks had been a ridee!

Last Saturday night I went to the beach to say thank you and dance in the water in a 49 °F cold 🥶 (for me) night.

I cried from meeting my first 2022 goal.
In 2022, other than financial goals, my goal is to ask myself everyday;
“Joe, are you the happiest person you know?”

If I say NO, I have to make a simple change that day (could be a simple 1% variation)

If I say genuinely “YES” I have to celebrate 🎉

Last Saturday, when I asked that question to myself, it was the first time in a long time that I genuinely can answer that Powerful question with a real and honest “YES”…

I just felt so proud of me

Little that I know

A few days ago, the interview air on National TV, and it was cool, but, I was already happy, nothing changed at all…

But…

When I was counting my blessings that day, I cried again from Joy 🤩.

Now I’m proud because;

I’m 20 times happier than 50 Weeks ago, even though I’m doing less money now 🤷🏻‍♂️…

I’m 131 pounds lighter than 50 weeks ago…

In the last 50 weeks I’ve spent a lot of time with the most amazing people, like;
