Lord it feels GOOD to FEEL GOOD!

It feels good to be BACK baby.

The hardest season of my life…
where I was sick, lost, hopeless, discouraged, and at times depressed…
is CLOSED. Finito. Donezo!

And a new one is beginning.

Learning about the brain, mind-body syndrome, nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and neuroplasticity literally saved my life.

With every month that passes, I feel my life energy
growing.

Symptoms have greatly decreased and don’t bother me anymore.

My normal capacity has almost fully returned.

It’s still not perfect yet… but im feelin like ME again, and there’s not much left til 100%.

A few amazing updates:
-Wake up happy and excited
-Back in the gym every day
-Back to my normal weight (up 20 lbs!)
-No more chemical / fragrance sensitivity
-Zero food sensitivities — eating w/e tf I want (still 90/10 clean)
-Energy is back! Fatigue is rare.
-Back to working every day — been quietly rebuilding the real estate biz… now at ~5 deals/month
-Joyful, happy, and ALIVE

The old me is back..
but better.

There really are no words to describe what it feels like to go through a 10/10 chronic illness experience… and then come back and feel the magic of life again.

To breathe fresh air.
To feel normal.
To just be alive…
That IS the jackpot.

You don’t have to look far.

Now it’s time for my theme of the year:

REBUILD! by @joedillonofficial

I feel REBORN.

Watch the video for a quick update on my life.

For the past 5 years, it’s been a BATTLE. This weird, crazy condition ROCKED my world. I looked for answers everywhere and what I did find helped a little, at best. Docs told me Mold toxicity, heavy metals, EBV, parasites, Lyme, etc etc.

2 years ago, it got worse, turning into severe full blown Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Couldn’t walk, wheelchair, 40-50 different symptoms, zero energy, hyper-sensitive to everything. Hell. Pure hell.

In the depths of my despair, I found MindBody Syndrome and Brain Retraining. It helped me understand that all these crazy symptoms were being produced by my own brain, not from the toxicity - my nervous system was stuck in survival mode from unresolved stress, trauma, and emotions of the past. And the solution: inner safety.

Its been a long, gruesome, arduous process - like intense rehab, but for the brain. But here I am 1.5 years into doing it…

And I’m no longer gravely sick. No longer insanely fatigued. No longer hyper-sensitive and triggered by everything.

I can work again. I can walk again. I can even lightly exercise now.

I feel liberated!!! Like I broke the chains of everything that was holding me back.

What was once an absolute nightmare from hell - has been alchemized into the greatest thing that ever happened to me.

And though things aren’t perfect or back to normal yet, I have made enough progress that I’m fully confident in the return of my full self. Except this time to a whole new level.

“Be Transformed by the Renewing of your Mind” - Romans 12:2. There is power of unmatched levels in this truth. This is what saved my life.

The power of brain retraining, nervous system regulation, somatics, and emotional processing - has HEALED me.

I’m living, walking proof of the power of rewiring your brain.

On New Years day this year, still feeling awful, I declared this my Phoenix year. The year I rise from the ashes. And its come to fruition. Finally.

Now - the fun part. Rebuilding my life!! My health, business, social life, relationships - brick by brick. God gave me a huge vision.

Thanks to everyone for your prayers and support!!

So much Love!! by @joedillonofficial

34 trips around the sun today. Since I went ghost, I’ll give u guys an update.

This past year has been the most I’ve ever suffered in my life.

I’ve been battling chronic illness for a while now, 4 years (Mold Toxicity, Lyme, Chronic Fatigue, MCS). But last December, it took a wild turn.

My body went thru a shutdown phase. I could barely walk, my energy tanked, and my sensitivities skyrocketed. At my worst, I was bedbound, could barely speak, and I had to lay all day. For months. I needed a caretaker (I now live back in VA with my fam) and I stopped working completely. My life completely crumbled.

In my despair, that’s where I cried out to God in complete surrender. And God responded.

Thru a series of “coincidental” events, I reconnected to God the Father. It felt like coming home. I remember crying in joy for hours, feeling the warmth of His presence.

Ever since then, over the last few months, the Holy Spirit has been sustaining me. And I have been healing!!!! Praise God, Amen!!!!!

In addition to my sustaining faith, I’ve started “brain retraining.” These illnesses destroy the nervous system, so your brain sends false signals for minute levels of stress. This can be repaired thru brain retraining. And it has been working!!

I’ve also learned just how much NON-PHYSICAL things like repressed anger, fear, and trauma cause disease. I’m learning how FORGIVENESS can heal disease. I’m deep diving into this and results have been incredible!!

I still have a long way to go. But I’m healing. I can walk and talk more, energy is higher, and I can even drive. I feel joy and happiness again. Gods presence is ALIVE and well in my life and body now.

Spiritual warfare is REAL. Do not be fooled by social media. There is a LOT of struggle going on right now.

If you’re going thru a hard time, Embrace the pain, for it is thru the deepest pains that we experience the most profound transformations.

I can already see how much my life has shifted. Everything will change dramatically, for the better.

If you’ve made it this far, thank you for reading and I know 34 is going to be the GREATEST year yet! Your boy is coming back!! God bless by @joedillonofficial

Just finished a 2-day deep dive with my clients.

We ripped the business apart from top to bottom.

Vision.
Offer and Positioning.
Ideal clients and how to reach them.
Lead Generation.
Sales process revamp.
Systems & Bottlenecks.
Growth opportunities.

These types of consults aren’t cheap.

But they’re ridiculously cheap compared to the value they create.

One breakthrough in positioning can be worth 6-figures. (And we had a few)

One improvement in the sales process can pay for the entire engagement many times over. (We had a few)

My estimate? The changes we made this week are likely worth 15-20x in the next 3-4 months. This means hundreds of thousands.

The reason these intensive consults are so effective is because we get to go deep and do the work you NEVER DO ON YOUR OWN. If you’re an entrepreneur you know exactly what I mean.

When you’re locked in a room together for 16+ hours, magic happens.

This is some of the work I love most. by @joedillonofficial

Big Congrats to my cousin Gino @__g.g.b.__ and his new wife Madeline for getting married! Hell of a night with fam n friends. ❤️ by @joedillonofficial

I’ve coached hundreds of wholesalers…

Helping them scale, build systems, and create consistent deal flow.

I’ve helped guys doing 2 deals/mo scale to 10 deals/mo. Over and over.

Some made hundreds of thousands. Some made millions. I loved it.

It taught me exactly what separates the ones who win… from the ones who don’t.

But I’ve changed how I do this.

Now I work with fewer people… and go much deeper.

No upfront cost.
No fluff, no theory, no one size fits all strategy.
Way bigger results.

I put my money where my mouth is… and work with you for a % of revenue.

So when you win, I win.

If you’re actively doing deals and this sounds intriguing, reach out.

Peace ✌️ by @joedillonofficial

BACK TO BUILDING 🔨

12 years ago this is where it all started.
A tiny office. A laptop. A phone.
A few kids trying to figure out how to make wholesaling work.

A lot has happened since then.

Hundreds of deals closed. Millions in Revenue.
6-figure losses. Partnership splits.

The true entrepreneurial journey.

Standing here, it comes full circle.

The RE Biz is back - we’re doing abt 5 deals a month. Goal is $250k/mo by Year end.

My team is all virtual, but I still love to have my office away from home to focus.

I’ve also stepped back into coaching.
But not as a “coach.”
As a strategic partner.

Just helping serious operators build real businesses. When they win, I win.

Fewer clients, more depth, bigger impact for the select few.

My goal this year is to help this group make a total of $10 Million in additional revenue.

BUILDING MODE 🔛

Follow along for the ride… it’s gonna be a blast. by @joedillonofficial

This is a pretty big deal for me. For so long, I missed and cherished the days when I could do whatever and go wherever I wanted at a moments notice. Traveling was one of the things i missed most. Freedom hits different when you’ve gone thru a bedbound illness. Many of you are walking around having no idea you how blessed you are.

I want to thank the Good Lord above for healing me, life is so deliciously good. Tampa see you soon!! by @joedillonofficial
