JOE FINFER loves physical media and so should you.

Raising Arizona came out in 1987, not 1983. Oops, our first EVER mistake in a long line of absolute perfection by @joefinfer

Copy, Credit, Meals.
.
This is not compensation. It is a base requirement for any project you're working on. Stop advertising this as a "benefit", or that the project will provide "exposure". Stop assuming we're working for reel footage. You should be providing the footage to your talent, NO MATTER WHAT.
.
This should be a given.
.
Be honest about your budget and your plans for the finished project, and if you're going to monetize the project, in any way, write a backend compensation clause into the contacts.
.
Respect your team, and they will move mountains for you. Don't, and you will always get a subpar product.

Excited to finally share the completion of “Good Morning” ☀️ It recently received an Honorable Mention at the @atxshortfilmshowcase and is currently awaiting decisions from a dozen other film festivals. More updates coming soon!

A huge thank you to everyone who helped bring this film to life. It wouldn’t have been possible without the incredibly talented people who gave their time, energy, and creativity to the project. We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who was a part of it.

Everything's free.
.
Acting is a rough career. It's expensive, exhausting. There are people out there trying to take advantage of you for pursuing your dream.
.
There's also nothing we would rather do.
.
I'm one of you. I'm out here auditioning, working for "exposure", trying my best to make this whole thing a reality. I know how hard it can be, how EXPENSIVE it can be. Let's see if we can't cut at least some of those costs.
.
If you're struggling to move forward, how can I help?
Auditions, callbacks, agency pitches, or just an opportunity to vent.
.
DM for more information, or email joseph@joefinfer.com.
.
Your success is all of our success.

So sweaty.
.
#ActingCoaches - there's a bunch of them out there. I thought I'd try to be one. With experience on major serieseses, multiple feature films, and more shorts and commercials than I can count, I thought I was plenty qualified.
.
Then I saw how many #ActingCoaches there actually are; how unqualified some of them are, how much they're charging, and I felt gross. Gross because I don't want to be someone who takes advantage of struggling actors just trying to make a living doing what they love.
.
SO, I'm still going to offer my services, but I'm no longer going to charge for them. If you need help in any way, please reach out. Let's see if we can't figure out how to make you successful.
.
Your success is all of our success.
