Helping heal a Two-Time Olympian with neck pain! 🥇🏆🥈 I was fortunate to recently cross paths with this wonderful human and former Two-Time Olympic Pentathlete. She was experiencing an ongoing 2/10 pain in her neck. The pain increased to 8/10 when triggered. She had limited mobility when twisting her head in either direction as well. After a 20 minute Energy Healing Treatment, the ongoing neck pain resolved to 0/10, and was down to 2/10 when triggered. The next day, the pain relief sustained, and she described her range of motion as 80%! She reported: “I’m clearly much better.” As many of you know, I’m starting to focus my work more on athletes and retired athletes. If you know any active/retired athletes that may be in pain, I’m offering pro bono Energy Healing Treatments if they are accepted to my Case Study Program. I would appreciate any introductions 🙏 pls like, share, comment to help energy healing reach more people ❤️ #neckpain #energyhealing #qigong #energyhealer #reiki by @joel.energy
Energy healing at sea! Helping the fam stay on the dance floor 🕺❤️ The Summit legend @peterpham was suffering from a bulging C7 disc with radiating pain down his arm. He had a pain level of 6-7 out 10 before the treatment. I did an impromptu energy healing treatment during our Summit At Sea voyage. After the treatment, he reported 30%-40% less pain, with almost no pain left in his arm. As you can see from the video (watch until end!), he was feeling a lot better after the energy healing! Glad I could help the @summit community - sending love to you all! ❤️ like, share, comment to help energy healing reach more people 🙏 #SummitAtSea #Energy #EnergyHealing #EnergyHealer #EnergyWork by @joel.energy
Telekinesis from distance! I’m 4 feet away from this piece of foil sitting atop a pin, called a psi wheel. I connect with the foil, setting the intention that my hands are attached to each side of the foil. Then, I’m able to then move my hands in a circle to spin the psi wheel. I spin it counterclockwise over one rotation, stop it and spin it clockwise for a full rotation, and then again reverse it again and spin it counterclockwise. I’m wearing a mask to prevent my breath from influencing the psi wheel. There is no air flow in the room otherwise - as you can see the foil is still at the start of the video. #psiwheel #telekinesis #chi #energy #psigames by @joel.energy
I’ve now helped heal over 150 people... - Over 90% of recipients report reduced pain (on a scale of 0-10) - Over 75% of recipients report their pain has been reduced by half or more Without touching or physical intervention. “If healing across space is possible, our model of reality is incomplete.” It is clear to me that our Western model of healing is also incomplete. How am I getting consistent results if Energy is not a critical component of healing? “It has huge implications for the American Medical System... ... And that’s what makes me excited about doing this full-time and pouring my life into helping people understand energy and get the most out of energy.” Thanks all for your support! 🙏❤️ #Energy #EnergyHealing #EnergyHealer #EnergyWork #Healer by @joel.energy
“Something positive feels like it happened to my back’s healing.” Ryan came to me with a back injury from falling down a staircase. He had been dealing with pain from the fall for a few months. His pain level was 4/10 to 6/10 before the treatment. After the treatment, his pain level reduced to 1/10 immediately. While the pain came back slightly the next day, it never returned fully. The energy healing treatment seemed to contribute to his longer term recovery and he’s doing great now! ❤️ like, share, comment to help energy healing reach more people 🙏 #energyhealing #qigong #energyhealer #reiki #backpain by @joel.energy
Before you refill that prescription... Before you schedule that surgery... Ask yourself: Is there another way? ❤️‍🩹⚡️❤️ I envision a world where people receive Energy Healing Treatments BEFORE they enter the cycle of the Western Medical System. If you’re struggling with chronic pain or considering surgery, there is another path. Western Medicine has its place, but it shouldn’t be the only place. Energy Healing is a bridge to less pain and faster recovery. The power to heal is yours. Let’s unlock it together. It’s amazing to experience how energy healing reduces pain! ❤️‍🩹 At one of my recent workshops I treated a participant who was struggling neck pain, tension and mobility. Her pain level was 6/10 before the treatment -> 0/10 after treatment. After the treatment, she reported that that she felt “way looser”, that she could “move her shoulders again”, and that she had “full mobility of her neck without pain”. Come experience an upcoming class! - Monday, April 6th - Monday April 20th - Monday May 4th Links to RSVP in bio. #energyhealing #qigong #energyhealer #reiki #neckpain by @joel.energy

“Qigong is a healing practice that can help others... That’s what I’m most passionate about and what I’m most amazed about by this practice - that we can build enough energy that it has a material effect on someone else’s life and health.” While there are other benefits to Qigong - exercise, personal healing, longevity - the most important is helping others feel less pain and recover more quicky ❤️‍🩹 From my recent Qigong & Energy Healing Workshop at @frontiertower - thanks to @asuraasura22 for organizing! 🙏 #energyhealing #qigong #energyhealer #reiki #qi by @joel.energy
“What the F*ck?!” “I don’t feel it, it’s gone!” 😮 A friend of mine was diagnosed with tendonitis in his shoulder from an over-lifting injury. He had been suffering for 4-5 months. Before the treatment he was at a pain level of 4/10 in his shoulder. After an Energy Healing Treatment, the pain completely subsided - 0/10 in pain level! “It’s gone, swear to God.” “That was exciting, that was interesting! I’ve never felt that, done energy work before.” ❤️ pls like, share, comment to help energy healing reach more people 🙏 #energyhealing #qigong #energyhealer #shoulderpain #tendonitis by @joel.energy
Qigong = the cultivation of Qi / life force energy. It’s a big umbrella of practices, and lineages are the “branches” of that umbrella. For example, Tai Chi is one branch where these principles are trained through a martial lens. The lineage I teach is Nei Jing Yi Zhi Chan, a Neigong path - internal skill developed over time through precise alignment, progressive stages, and careful correction. It emphasizes function and repeatable results - not just a personal health routine. In my workshops we focus on building Qi / energy internally, then learn how to express it outward with control and care to help others feel less pain. #qigong #neigong #taichi #lineage #qi by @joel.energy
Post-Surgery Energy Healing = less pain & quicker recovery ❤️‍🩹 @jwong1682 injured his patella tendon in a ski accident where his ski sliced his knee. After surgery, he was rehabilitating his knee but was still feeling pain level of 3.5 / 10. I performed an Energy Healing Treatment on James, who is also a student in our Qigong class @vitaliumhealing After the treatment, his knee pain was down to a 1 / 10 when squatting. I checked in with him 2 days later. His knee was still feeling much better - only 1.5 / 10 in pain! Looking forward to doing more Energy Healing Treatments on athletes post-surgery to help speed recovery times. #energyhealing #qigong #kneepain #energyhealer #qi healingenergy by @joel.energy
