Will my ears ever recover from the Brazilian Experimental Avant Garde Hardcore sounds?

@deaf_kids and @test_death at @thetinmusicandarts Coventry.

Thanks to @sinkorswimpromotions for letting me come down for this incredible night to experience these musicians and experiment with my blue streak filter that I picked up from @kfconcept

I took some unusual lenses to an unusual event last week @theflapper in Birmingham.

Dan from @wearehorrorrecords put on Horror Punk Fest 2026 and was kind enough to let me do some experimental photography.

I bought along my @lensbabyusa Trio 28mm amongst others (photos to follow) to capture the bands and create this ghostly look in camera.

No editing other than changing the colour.

Thank you to Dan and all the bands for letting me get close and personal.

So good to get out filming again today. Early morning start driving through the Cotswolds as the sun rose behind me across the misty fields. I managed to pull over a couple of times to capture the scenery with my film camera (I’m souping this roll).

The job was with a new client based in Canada had me filming interviews and their plane at Cotswolds airport.

As a bonus I also unexpectedly huddled together with a group of plane spotters to watch eVOTL - a world first in vertical takeoff aviation.

Amazing news to wake up to this morning after a 5 mile jog. We’ve got an Official Selection @nordicstarfestival in Sweden.

The film festival spans 8 days across 5 areas of Stockholm this October.

I can’t express how thrilled I am that Steve’s story is continuing to be heard and seen internationally.

To quote the phenomenal man at the centre of our documentary “If I can inspire 1 person to start exercising, we have done our job”.
