Please God, never let me forget these days.

Our @journeycompetition Season 3 tour has officially come to an end.

To every dance studio owner who supports us, every dancer who graced our stage, and every parent who trusted us with their children… thank you. You are the reason why Journey exists.

@teamjrny it is the absolute privilege of my life to lead a team that is so passionate, selfless, and always ready to serve. You truly do push me to be better.

To my family, @silviaavaldiviezo @johnnyvaldiviezo @camilavaldii and @myrkagallegos , thank you for always being there, not just for Journey, but for me. I couldn’t do this without you.

And to the love of my life, @alligallant … thank you for dreaming alongside me and for pouring your whole heart into this business. You’re my favorite person and the most incredible business partner I could ever ask for.

Most importantly, thank You, God. Thank You for trusting me to steward this business. I pray I never lose sight of why we started, and I promise to keep showing up with everything I have.

I say this every year, but it still doesn’t feel real that this is what I get to do for a living. This life is more than I ever dreamed of.

People always ask me what the secret is. I wish I had one. But the truth is, all I do is dance, listen to music, love people, and produce dance competitions.

Dudeeee today was awesome! 🙌

Ran a 5K with my family today 😎

A few years ago, running 5Ks every day was part of my routine. Then life happened. Work got crazy. Excuses piled up. And little by little, my health has taken a back seat.

A couple months ago, during our touring season, I made a decision.

Not only did I finish the race, but I got to do it alongside the people I love most.

A reminder that you’re never as far gone as you think you are. 5 miler next 😅🏃‍♂️

Well, as this incredible season wraps up and I start looking ahead, I felt like I needed to put some thoughts down. Trying to sum up this crazy ride we call life isn’t easy, but here goes.

These past few years have been some of the most fun, emotional, rewarding, exhausting, and, at times, downright grueling of my life. I’ve been doing this for almost 15 years now (which blows my mind) and I’ve poured everything I have into this passion and dream.

Closing out season two of @journeycompetition still feels unreal. It seems like yesterday we announced our very first tour, and now, somehow, by our second year, we’ve doubled in size. I could never have imagined that.

And I definitely couldn’t have done it alone. To the dance studios who support us, the dancers who light up our stage, the parents who trust us with their kids, my industry friends who are always there with advice, @teamjrny who believes in the mission and brings it to life, my sister @camilavaldii (the ultimate customer care wizard), my parents @silviaavaldiviezo @johnnyvaldiviezo who have given me everything, my life and business partner @alligallant who’s been here since day one and loves me unconditionally — and, most importantly, God. Thank you.

For a long time, I’ve carried guilt over past mistakes and felt like I didn’t deserve certain blessings. But lately, God’s been showing me something different — that I’m exactly where I’m meant to be. Journey isn’t just “mine.” It’s a way to create opportunities, to serve, and to make a difference in people’s lives. That’s its purpose and I’m so grateful that I’m finally able to see that.

So, I’m leaving the past in the past, embracing the blessings in front of me, and stepping into the future with gratitude and peace. Season 3, here we come!🥂🪩🙏🏼🦅 by @joelvaldi
