One more time for the band for @mayamcclean ‘s “Awakening” Experience at @officialpaisleypark this last weekend as part of the Prince Celebration of Life. Got to MD + play guitar and flute (my lockdown hobby finally paying off). Bonus, I found out that our drummer @ananiamusic_official was one of the drummers in my favorite Blue Man Group dvd, which was very influential on me and my musical trajectory. Also, playing with Maya was a full circle moment as me and the Next Level band from M.I. Played with the Twins when they were auditioning to open at Prince’s Vegas club at the time, almost 20 years ago!
