Prejudging is a wrap. Much improved look from earlier this season for Joe by @joemccool
2 years between I took over 2-3 weeks out of the last show, we did what we could and got into an offseason. About 7lb up stage weight between the two with better conditioning Got feedback Now 11.5 weeks to bring a brand new package before we make a big push this offseason • • • —————————— For coaching inquiries Link in bio, DM or email me: Dlindsaycoaching@gmail.com —————————— • • • 🏷️ #bodybuilding #bodybuilder #fitness #prep #coach by @joemccool

Some clips from my push day. Didn’t record my shoulder and arm movements, I’m sure my camera angles are not up to influencer standards. No reps left in reserve. Deal with it. The algorithm can’t control me. I fear no fatigue. #bodybuilding #chestday #metal #hardcore #offseason by @joemccool
October in review. Really living it up over here. by @joemccool
Rotation for the week One of my My favorite albums by cradle. Perfect spooky vibes #deathmetal #blackmetal #metalmusic The last album with our sweet boy Trevor. This one took a while to grow on me but now I love it One of the hardest riffs in the world is on this album Fantastic blackened death metal. And the band name is appropriate for the season I’m learning I really really like Finnish death metal. It’s progressive, it’s fresh, it’s just got a certain vibe that I love A whole album of crushing cavernous death metal. by @joemccool
Sometimes Krysta will ask me how much I love her and I always struggle to answer. Not for lack of trying. How do I put words to a love like this? The word love doesn’t even seem like enough. This almost seems to transcend love. She is the first thing I think about when I wake up, the last thing before I fall asleep, the constant throughout my day. My consciousness and subconscious are thoughts of her. She makes my chest feel full and my soul complete. The solace that comes with knowing I have my true person is limitless. So, when I grasp at words to describe how much I love her but can’t seem to find them, this is why. I don’t just love her. I want her, I choose her, I crave her, I cannot imagine live with anyone but her. 6 years ago we stood in front of each other and our families and vowed to join our lives, take on the world, watch and help each other grow and give ourselves to each other. Every day since then she has chosen me and continues to choose me. And every day we seem to get closer, fall deeper in love, have the same thoughts (like a lot). And every day I’ll continue to try to find the words to describe just how much I love her. I’m forever grateful we get to do this live together and the next and the next. Im looking forward to continue building the life we want, adventuring, experiencing, and being with her. by @joemccool
Little early morning shoulder and arm run before disappearing into the woods with my bb. #bodybuilding #armworkout by @joemccool
Nocturnal - this album is in my top 5 of all time. Not a wrong note in this sucker. A pure masterpiece. Aspen Sanctum - a beautiful atmospheric black metal album that’s perfect for fall. And they’re not scared to sprinkle other genres into their music. Crown magnetar - face crushing deathcore, technical, heavy, enough said Fleshbore - tech death with some wild vocals. This was a fun listen Cancer Void - cavernous death metal that sounds like a trance. Just the right amount of melody. Honestly it@sounds exactly like the album cover Pneuma Hagion - death metal with some beatdown. If you like bogg, ablation, or scorching tomb, this is for you Killing of a Sacred Deer - some more deathcore, but the breakdowns are fresh and new. Bit more death metal here too Summoners Circle - black metal, death metal, you could call it either. I call it slapping. #deathmetal #blackmetal #deathcore by @joemccool

Carnosus - catchy melodic, technical, insane vocals. This was like a mix of psycroptic and black dahlia for me Suffocation - speaks for itself. They fucking rip. Not my favorite album by them but a good one! Hermit Dreams - this album blew me away. It’s death metal, it’s got some doom. They utilize the strong bass, cello and banjo and it fucking works really well. Really opened my eyes and helped me get a better idea of how I’d like to incorporate cello in future writing endeavors. Kinda wanna get a string bass now too 😬 Lamp of Murmuur - can’t go wrong with some good old black metal. The melodies and riffs in this album just felt familiar. This album is def more traditional black metal. Second wave I’d say, but it’s not that serious. Hanging Garden - this album. It’s hard to put it in a sub genre, you get death, black, doom, hell even post metal vibes. A fun listen! Really starting to love this progressive death metal vibe along the vein of Garden of Shadows and Depresy. Runemagick - the second part of a 3 album cycle exploring Runes. I love Runemagick. Really great death/doom. I’ve yet to find an album I didn’t like by him. Stormruler - Fantasy Black Metal, excellent album. Reminds me of Blackbraid. Panopticon - this album is the perfect fall album. It’s atmospheric, emotional, it’s an experience. Definitely need this on vinyl. Amazing amazing album #deathmetal #blackmetal #metalmusic #doommetal by @joemccool
