Maestro is in Inc. this week, and we could not be more thrilled. 🎉

Recognition like this is a real moment for a team our size, and it comes while we are heads down on a lot we are excited to share in the coming months.

There is nowhere we would rather be building this than Florida. The talent, the capital, the founder community across South Florida is the real deal, and it has opened doors for us we did not expect this early.

Thank you to the Florida Council of 100 and the Gold Coast Tech Accelerator, to Melissa Medina and the eMerge Americas team, and to Joe Roos, who told David to go for it before any of this existed.

Big things on the horizon. 🌴

I guess I always kinda knew that you would grow up but I didn’t expect it to happen so quickly (seemingly all at once). I knew I wouldn’t always be the center of your world (even though you’ll always be the center of mine). Excited for this next chapter and proud to be your dad. Love you. 🥰😘🙏 by @joeroos_

Excited to announce that @maestrotech.ai has raised its $1.2MM pre-seed round. Grateful for the opportunity to support @drogove83 as he builds the agentic OS for #mortgage origination.

Special thanks to @newstackventures Ventures for leading the round and continuing to remain true to their thesis of backing “outsiders”.

Excited about this cap table: FamilyVC, ZFO, Roark’s Drift, Marc Golden, Michael Kessel, and other angel investors.

Thanks to Gold Coast Tech Accelerator: a partnership with @emergeamericas x @floridac100 x @relatedross x @melmedina305

Thanks @flgovrondesantis x @francissuarez for creating a business friendly environment. Can’t think of a better place to build.

“We’re building Maestro an agentic mortgage AI for mortgage brokers and mortgage bankers,” Rogove said.

Maestro is designed to mimic what a human mortgage processor does: read documents, select lenders, submit files, run underwriting systems, and handle disclosures. Rogove describes each loan as “a script waiting to be automated.” taken in Parkland, Florida by @joeroos_

There’s nothing we wouldn’t do for my father-in-law, including: surprising him with #superbowl tix, dressing up as an Eagles fan for the day, and singing his silly team chants. I’m forever grateful as he helped me get my first:
- job 📈
- wife 🙋🏽‍♀️😘 @gmroos - get out of jail free card 👮‍♀️😅 and countless other things we will never forget. Wish we could have gotten him a @philadelphiaeagles W (but that cost extra). Great weekend. 🙏🦅 by @joeroos_
