Found this absolute gem in Narberth 😂

Stopio. One of those places where you walk in for a quick look and end up wandering around for ages looking at all the random stuff. Old cameras, toys, weird ornaments, a mounted fox, giant machetes apparently 😂 and plenty of other bits you definitely don’t need but still want.

Then there’s The Vault downstairs… an actual old safe/vault packed full of even more treasures. Proper Aladdin’s cave of a shop.

Atticus was happy drawing while we had a coffee, Annie had a mooch and obviously I ended up posing with a massive blade 🤦🏻‍♂️😂

Definitely worth a look if you’re in Narberth. 👌

Proper good weekend away with the fam ❤️⛺️

Camping at Llys y Frân, days down the beach, messing about in the water, a little beach fire in the evening, good food, exploring and just enjoying being outside together.

Nothing over the top, just loads packed into a few days and some proper quality family time. Kids loved it, we loved it, and I could’ve quite happily stayed another few days 😂

These are the weekends I’ll always remember 👌🏼🌊🔥🌲

Two cracking runs over the last couple of days. Pontsticill Reservoir followed by Llys-y-Frân. Both proper mixed routes with plenty of climbing, fast runnable sections and enough rough ground to keep you switched on throughout.

Couldn’t really ask for a better couple of days on the trails, and finishing it off tonight camping at Llys-y-Frân, lucky enough to spend the night under the stars. 👌⛰️🏃‍♂️✨

Two perch, plenty of laughs, and another evening well spent at Pontsticill. 🎣 Nothing beats slowing things down, getting outdoors and making memories with my little fishing buddy. The fish were just a bonus. These are the moments he’ll remember, and so will I. ❤️🌅

Another solid graft withthe @redders30 tonight. Started off with some strict overhead press work, then chased the shoulder pump with a proper tri-set before getting stuck into a partner beasting.

100 cals on the Echo Bike to buy in, then four rounds of you go, I go with 80kg cleans, burpees over the bar, toes-to-bar and front rack walking lunges. Finished how we started… another 100 cals on the Echo Bike. No shortcuts, just steady work from start to finish.

Sometimes it’s just about turning up, putting a shift in and emptying the tank.
