Thank you to @helmetheadpatch for sending me anti-acne sports patches to try out! I’m excited to try them out once 🥍 lacrosse practice starts back up again in September. Lax bros know how to swap breakouts for breakaways- Helmet Head has your back (and forehead, jawline and chin too!)
Tag a teammate who NEEDS this in their gym bag. #lacrossehelmet #skincare #gameday #acnetreatment #laxbro by @joeylax8

Protein bars for kids that actually taste like a sweet treat, while still packing in the good stuff - 6g of protein, 6g of fiber, and real vegetables.
And the most important part: you genuinely cannot taste the veggies at all.
They’re also free from seed oils, soy, dairy, and nuts, which makes them an easy yes for a lot of households.
It’s one of those snacks that feels like a win across the board - good nutrition, taste, and simplicity! Thank you again to @eathouseofyes for sending me these bars! The chocolate 🍫 chip flavor was my favorite ❤️ #proteinbar #kidapproved #kidnutrition #protein #onthegofood by @joeylax8

I’m excited to try these new protein bars that’s were graciously sent to me from @eathouseofyes. These will be great for on the go when I have lacrosse practices or games! They come in two flavors: Chocolate Chip and Maple Cinnamon
• They’re protein bars that taste like soft-baked cookies
• Each 40g bar has 6g protein, 6g fiber and 7g sugar
• They’re made with real veggies (zucchini, sweet potato, and carrot)
The protein + fiber combo slows digestion and increases fullness: steady energy vs. a sugar crash, which is great for getting through a full practice session#gifted #protein #athlete #training #proteinbars by @joeylax8

Thank you to @nanoxtreme_ for sending me this bottle of pain relief cream! This will definitely come in handy when lacrosse starts back up again in September. I suffer from Osgood-Schlatter disease in both knees & I had ACL surgery in my right knee a year ago & still occasionally have pain from that! I’ll keep yall updated on how this cream works for me. #painrelief #kneepainrelief #paincream #athlete #athletelife by @joeylax8
