Back again with Dr. JC at @specializedgolf . Today’s name of the game is stability and control. I’ve been really impressed with my progress so far and I can’t wait to see where it takes me!! Be sure to give him a follow and reach out to him if you’re serious about making your body better for golf #golf #golfersofinstagram #golftips #golfimprovement #selfimprovement by @joeyslicegolf

There’s just something about hitting golf balls, clearing your head, and forgetting about everything else for a little while. No distractions, no stress. Just you, a club, and the next shot.

Sometimes golf is about getting better. Other times, it’s just about getting away. 🏌️‍♂️

Road to Scratch Ep. 1 🏌️ Settlers Hill on a cold, wet day did NOT go my way. Triple bogey finish. Let’s see if it gets better from here 😅⛳

POV: My inner child every time I hit a good golf shot 😂⛳️

Doesn’t matter how bad the round is going… one pure shot and I’m having the time of my life. 💀

“But that’s what I was taught.”

Yeah… and it wasn’t working.

He was trying to create the movement he’d been told to create, but his body wasn’t actually giving him the movement he needed.

So instead of forcing positions, we started working on how he moves:

→ More trail hip internal rotation
→ Better use of the ground
→ Push through the lead side
→ Let the leg straighten naturally

Once the movement starts working, the swing becomes a whole lot easier.

Don’t just fix the position. Fix the movement that creates it. #golftips #golfcoach #golflife #golf #movement by @joeyslicegolf

That walk from the ball to the cup feels longer than it is. ⛳️🎯 #GolfLife #GolfTok #PuttingPractice #GolfVibes #OnTheGreen by @joeyslicegolf
