I’m finally ready to legally smoke cigarettes and pot, drink, gamble, buy a firearm, and rent a car, all at the same time! My first drink was a Moonjito, which was great, and brisket tacos made it even better! by @jofosho0000

I have graduated from Northeast State. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with @nescc1966 and am grateful for all the staff that were well informed and actionable. I graduated with my associates degrees in mathematics, physics, and computer pre-engineering.

Because of the encouragement from several professors, I have decided to continue my education at Tennessee Tech. At @tntechuniversity , I will study the field of math to learn as much as I can about the subject, and continue on to get my master’s degree (or hopefully doctorate) in it.

Because of the connections and friends I’ve made at northeast, I will be confident in my transfer. At northeast, I met my girlfriend who I’ve dated for a year now, and I’ve met the friend group that will follow me to Tech so I won’t be lonely! Tennessee promise was such a great opportunity for me to get my bearings in what to do with myself for the next few years, and I’m better prepared to push myself toward something. I see nothing but possibility now. I feel something I haven’t felt in a long time; both directed and happiness at the same time. God has been good to me.

I think that as I get older, I understand more and more things, but not how I thought I would. I’m becoming enveloped in the way of the world, swallowed by the traditions contrasting the assumptions, spanning my roots of free flow with my branches of certainty. Changing the way I fundamentally think. Molding who I want to be with my own hands. Taking advice and also giving it. Becoming a player instead of a piece in the world. I’ve grown an understanding in the importance of art, its place in the world, and what it really is. I’ve begun to have the urge to make it myself, to show the colors of my souls explicitly instead of implicitly. I’ve learned to embrace the cubism and see the guitar from every angle at once. To quote Donnie and The Dry Heavers, I’ve learned to love, and learned to love myself. taken in Northeast State Community College by @jofosho0000

Ok last one. I took more pictures than I expected to, but that’s alright. It was very cool leaving the monotony of Kingsport to find new interesting life outside of this sleepy town. I think I’ve forgotten what stimulus feels like, and wish I could vacation more, but then again, who doesn’t. taken in Sillyville by @jofosho0000

During the engineering camp, we learned CAD modeling and made a 3D printed rocket. We also used breadboards, an Arduino, and a computer to control an rc helicopter with infrared light. One day we went to #sixflags , and no, we didn’t go to learn about roller coaster engineering, we got to ride the rides all day. by @jofosho0000

Last week I was at #georgiatech for #nylfengineering camp. Got to meet a lot of likeminded people and had fun. I thought it would be a cut throat race at being the smartest person there, but everyone was chill. (I took a lot of pictures so there’s more to come) by @jofosho0000
