Do you dream your Mondays feel like Friday, Saturday and Sunday? If you’ve a plan it makes the week days better….. I used to struggle with planning, now I start my mornings off the right way, getting up earlier, getting sh*t done ✅ and feeling accomplished before 8am. It brings on a feeling of achievement and accomplishment and I’m always learning! If carlsberg done Mondays…. ❤️🥰 happy Monday you beautiful peeps 😘 by @jogavincoaching

MINDSET MATTERS… but also, coffee or your first cup of tea helps. ☕🧠

They say “mindset is everything”… and they’re not wrong.

But let’s be real:
Positive thinking doesn’t always fix the fact that your toddler just painted the dog, or your inbox looks like a war zone. 😂

Sometimes “growth mindset” looks like:
✨ Smiling while crying inside.
✨ Talking to yourself like you’re your own coach (or therapist).
✨ Believing the universe might be testing you… but you’re still showing up anyway, with messy hair and a snack in hand.

The truth? Mindset isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about deciding that no matter what’s thrown at you—chaos, critics, carbs—you’re still choosing YOU.

Still choosing progress over perfection.
Still choosing peace over panic.
Still choosing to believe that life is happening for you, not to you. 💝
(Except maybe Mondays. Mondays are personal.) 😜

So fix your crown, reheat the coffee for the 4th time, and remember:
Your mindset is a muscle. And ladies you’re lifting heavy. 💪

Why I Use Balance Oil — and Why You Might Want To As Well ✨

In today’s fast-paced world, most of us are unknowingly living in a state of nutritional imbalance—especially when it comes to our omega-6 to omega-3 ratio. And that’s where Balance Oil comes in. 🌿

Balance Oil is a powerful, natural solution designed to restore the essential balance between omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids in your body. Why is this important? Because when these essential fats are out of balance, it can silently contribute to inflammation, poor cellular function, and even hormonal issues.

✅ Top Benefits I’ve personally noticed and seen in others:
• Reduced inflammation (think less joint stiffness, less bloating, more mobility)
• More focus & mental clarity – Brain fog? What brain fog?
• Improved energy & mood stability
• Softer skin and healthier hair
• Support for immune function and a natural wellness boost

This isn’t just another supplement—it’s backed by science, with clinical studies showing how it helps rebalance the body within just 120 days.

💡 Think of it as cellular insurance—giving your body the foundational fats it needs to thrive from the inside out.

If you’re serious about your health and want to feel the difference naturally, Balance Oil is a total game-changer.

Curious to know more? Drop me a message or comment below 👇 and I’ll share how to get started (and maybe even test your current fatty acid levels 😉).

🌸✨ Hello June – A Month for Love & Connection ✨🌸

As we step into this beautiful new month, I’m setting my intention on love and connection – the two values that fuel everything I do. Whether it’s family, friendships, business, or simply the energy I choose to carry each day… love and connection are the heartbeat.

💛 Love – for ourselves, our journey, and the people who walk beside us.
🌿 Connection – with those who lift us, support us, and challenge us to grow.

This month, I invite you to slow down, speak from the heart, and reach out to those who matter. Let’s hold space for real conversations, deeper presence, and moments that matter.

Here’s to loving more boldly, connecting more meaningfully, and building lives we’re proud of – together. 💫

Drop a 💖 if you’re walking into June with love in your heart and a desire to deepen your connections!

🌿 Taking Back Control of My Health

I’ve struggled with IBS since I was 16, and now going through perimenopause, I’ve been dealing with brain fog, mood swings, hot flushes, and low energy. Some days, I just didn’t feel like myself.
I got tired of guessing what was going on.

That’s when I found the Balance Test. It will help me understand my body better, especially my Omega-6:3 levels and gives me a starting point to feel more balanced. It’s not a quick fix, but it’s a step in the right direction.
If you’re going through something similar, just know you’re not alone 💛
I’m not just checking my health—I’m taking control. I’m looking forward to seeing these results…

👉 If you’re curious or just want to talk about your own health journey, feel free to reach out. I’m always happy to listen 🥰 by @jogavincoaching

Luna bloom retreats we are so thankful to every woman that attended our first retreat last night @ Waterfoot Beach 🏖️. The sun was shining, all of our queens were incredible, feeling so grateful to everyone for coming and really getting into the spirit of release. We all know how difficult life can be at times and for a lot of us it’s been a constant feeling of unease and pain and many unspeakable traumas, last night was about creating a safe space for women to have that support of it’s ok not to be ok! It’s ok to really open up to let things out, to speak about things that maybe unimaginable to other people without the fear of judgement, shame, guilt anger and fear. We are in this together, to help, to support, to love and to care and more importantly help you remember exactly who you are. Much love 💝 by @jogavincoaching

I’m so proud to be part of a movement where women are lifting each other up — in health, in mindset, in business, and in life, lots of laughs…. 😂👌❤️ by @jogavincoaching
