Slow down.
You don’t have to be constantly becoming something new.
There is beauty in being exactly where you are.
This season deserves to be lived, not rushed through. #johaleyyoga #dfwyoga #travelingyogateacher #yogaevents #beaversbend by @johaley_yoga

Virgo season was so good. This season was grounded, clarifying, and was full of little reminders to slow down, clean up what no longer fits, and come back to myself.

Being born September 22, right on the Virgo–Libra cusp, has always felt like living between two beautiful energies: the Virgo in me wants to grow, heal, organize, serve, and become more intentional. The Libra in me wants softness, beauty, connection, balance, and peace.

As I move into my favorite Libra season, I’m reminding myself that I don’t have to perfect everything before I’m allowed to enjoy it. Thanks to everyone that called and text the week of my bday. I appreciate it so much. 😘😘😘 by @johaley_yoga
