This shirt was a gift received a few years ago and at that point and it was too small on me. I held on to it because it’s a nice shirt and I figured I would fit me at some point.
A few days ago I tried it on expecting to close the buttons, but for it to be tight on me. Nope.
This weight loss and life style change is taking full effect. All my regular clothes and belt are big on me now. This shirt fits great now, but by the time I hit my goal weight it’ll be big on me too. taken in Downtown Orlando by @johanleffers

Git a flat, put out in the spare, got to MrGoma near my house. They got me in and out and only lost an hour this morning on the way to the office. The tires needed to be changed anyway. Gonna be a good day. taken in Mr Goma Tire Orlando by @johanleffers

Had a conversation at work about a fishing trip I took with my family and a friend. Found the shirt from that trip recently. Also remembered seeing it that I never really wore the shirt because I felt like a stuffed sausage in it.
Recently I have been working on getting healthier in every aspect of my life. Part of that is muscle gain and weight loss.
I don’t want to post sweaty gym pics online, but I’m really proud of myself for now putting that shirt on and for it to be hanging off me. by @johanleffers

I didn’t have the pleasure of seeing my daughter on her birthday, but was able to make it a late celebration for her, and an early one over this past weekend for my mom whose birthday is today. Happy birthday, Magda Leffers. I love you! by @johanleffers

I’m late in posting this, but just want to share how blessed I am in having just spent the past weekend with my daughter.

I warned her on Friday that we had a busy weekend on the early part of Saturday and Sunday, but would have the late afternoon and evening to relax.

Bright and early on Saturday we went skating for the first time. We weren’t there as long as I acpect but it was valiant effort on her part.

We talked and killed time before our next event, and got Frozen skates so she can practice at home on the lament flooring.
Still arrived early so we took went on an adventure walking around the neighboring closed buildings, but soon it was story time with Pete the Cat.

Sunday morning was a trip to Leu Gardens for a dragon treasure (shuuush, it’s a secret) followed by a the Orlando Family Stage to watch a fun and engaging show of Go, Dog. Go!

I don’t have the time I would like with my daughter, but I really try to make the time I have count. by @johanleffers
