Road trip 2026 - New York > DC > Charlotte > Savannah > Charleston > Charlottesville,VA > Baltimore > NYC in 7 days
It was so cold in DC that people were ice skating or playing hockey on Carp Pool and Reflecting pool in between the monuments. Driving south got a little warmer which was nice, enjoyed Savannah GA and Charleston a lot we will definitely be back! More pictures to come.

Visiting one of the world's oldest working wood-fired ovens, established in 1391, was unforgettable! @fornosantacaterina I got to pull fresh bread out of the oven, which was a thrill. The oven's depth is incredible - the initial peel wasn't long enough for me to reach the bread. It takes about 90 minutes for the bread to bake, depending on the size.
A 15kg loaf and a “smaller” 5kg ones were displayed outside the bakery. Feeling grateful for this experience 🙏 #italy #bread taken in Antico Forno Santa Caterina dal 1306 by @johann.co

Day in a life of our bakers @frenchettebakery
Here is a timelapse of our mornings from 4am to 9am. Baking big sourdough breads for wholesale to smaller for the shop, shaping baguette to baking them. Also baking all the viennoiserie 🥐 After that is mostly producing for the next day. Enjoy!
