POSTS STORIES REELS

There will come a day when it all makes sense. The pain you carried, the energy it took to get out of bed, the love you gave without expecting anything in return, the hope you held onto when it would have been easier to let go. All the times you chose to keep going, to trust, to say yes to life even when your heart was tired. One day, you’ll look back and realize that none of it was wasted. It was all part of the path that brought you home to yourself. 🤍

We’re bringing our free mini tutorials back! ✨

This week, it’s all about the E Amara 20, starting with this beautiful 3-3-1 pattern, moving between minor and major. The 3-3-1 is a variation of the classic 3-3-2 pattern, simply leaving a little more space at the end so you have more time to move and switch between chords.

Add the transition at the end, and you have a great starting point for your own variations and improvisation!

And we’re only getting started… 👀
Stay tuned for what’s coming this week and save Thursday in your calendar. Something special is coming your way 💛

Let me share something about the healing power of this instrument: As part of my work with the @maltemartenmethod, I had the chance to interview different handpan players from our community and some of their answers truly touched me. When I asked if their lives had changed since the handpan came into their lives, almost everyone shared how deeply it impacted their quality of life. Many spoke about healing, about being supported through difficult times, and about having something they can return to every single day, a way to reconnect with themselves, release tension, and come back into feeling. 🤍 And also for me: when the handpan entered my life, it had a massive impact on my physical and emotional health.

What do you think: is something like this really possible?

Slowly arriving back home. 🤍 Full Session will be on my channel today at 7pm CET. Played in a E Amara 20 from @ayasa_instruments 🛸

Looking at this little moment from the outside, I realize how beautiful it actually is. I’m sitting in the garden at home, playing the Handpan, one of the things I love most. Travis is resting next to me, we’re surrounded by nature, and everything feels peaceful.

What more could I wish for?

And yet, I know that even while sitting there, my mind was probably busy with thoughts about the future, things I still need to do, doubts about whether I’m truly enough, places I want to go, or whatever else comes up.

And somehow, that’s what I find so interesting. We can have everything we need to feel at peace in a moment and still be somewhere else in our minds.

I’m trying to become more aware of this. To pause every now and then, take a breath, look around, and really feel what’s already here.

Presence. 🤍

One last session in the garden of the place I called home for the last two months. Letting the memories settle, feeling the peace of what was, and making space for what’s to come.

Recent notes after my meditation: Stay aware. Question your habits. Don’t believe everything you’re told. Stay curious. Cultivate inner peace. Share what you have with others. Keep your family close. Be loyal. Nurture honest friendships. Show up for your community. Love unconditionally. Find peace in solitude. Stay true to yourself. Try. 🤍

A big chapter is slowly coming to an end. The summer is fading, autumn is arriving, and once again, I’m changing the place I call home. Grateful for the space that held us throughout these past months, for everything that happened here, and for everything I’m taking with me. Now it’s time to move forward. Ready for the next steps, wherever they may lead.

Trusting what comes next.

Blessings. 🤍

A little snippet from my next session, coming out tonight. Recorded in the evening, surrounded by the peaceful nature of Northern Germany, very close to where I grew up.

There’s something special about creating music in a place that feels so familiar and close to home. 🌿

The Abundance Pattern 🤍

Two chords, E minor & D major, one flowing groove. For E minor, you play the Ding & 11 on the first beat, and for D major, you play B2 & 10 on the first beat. In between, you just play the scale up: 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.

Simple to learn, beautiful to play, and a pattern you will come back to again and again. By the way: it’s one of the signature patterns from @johannimmanuel

The E Amara is one of the most loved handpan scales for a reason. Warm, open, and full of emotion, it’s the perfect scale to start your handpan journey or to deepen your playing. And right now is the best moment to make it yours! With the @yatao.shop Handpan of the Month offer, you get the YataoPan E Amara 15 or 20 together with the @maltemartenmethod E Amara Scale Course as a gift. Step-by-step video lessons, patterns and everything you need to really connect with your instrument 💫

Only 3 days left, the offer ends soon ⌛️
