One step at a time, one mile at a time, one run at a time. You don’t build a runner’s engine overnight; you build it block by block through the quiet, relentless repetition of showing up for the grind.

Enjoyed every bit of this race along side @skaxton

Great experience for my first effort at Hyrox and we were absolutely happy with our time.

Proud of everyone who raced last weekend, shoutouts to people who came out to support us.

Time to keep pushing and is just beginning. 🔥🏃

My first marathon overseas with @suar.novero and we happy both ran a new PB. Proud of myself for staying strong and consistent until finish line, after fews cramped.

Runnings connect us in a ways never imagined. Its more than just chasing time. It was the miles we ran, the sweat we shed, and the friendships along the way. The atmosphere and support through the course were incredible- it really helped to keep going.

Congrats to everyone and their amazing PB’s 🏅

Working hard becomes a habit, a serious kind of fun. You get self satisfaction from pushing your self to the limit, knowing that all the effort is going to pay off. 🏋🏻
