Did I expect this to go in my top 2 sports games of all time: No
Did I expect to stay up a full 24 hours to do this: also no.
Is my voice gone?: yes
However at the end of the day the memories this game gave me will stay with me forever

When I got my schedule on Opening Day, the top read, “Home Game #1”, so I assumed I had an eternity left with this season. When I read my schedule last Thursday, it said “Home Game #81”. Where the heck did all the time go?😭

With all of the great experiences I had this season, there’s some thankfulness that I need to give out.

Firstly, to the @dbacks organization to let me represent them. To let me use their name on my LinkedIn, my Resumes, and even as something small as my Instagram Bio. Also to let me gain work experience in the Sports Industry for as early as I am in my studies. The Diamondbacks will always be special to me, not just as a team that I enjoy watching, but as an organization who trusted me with a role that I will never take for granted.

Next, not only my bosses, @dominic_mascola and @kerbycallison, but also my stage managers, @abbylebeau , @lily.sabaa , @elyssamackrow @amandaasherer , @jack_schweppe , and @alexis_johnson3 . You all took the nerves I had going into the exhibition games and turned them into excitement from opening day going on into the rest of the reason. From “do I have this commitment?” to “if anyone wants me to cover their shift I will” The amount of behind the scenes work you all do that goes unnoticed deserves recognition, which is why I want to extend my gratitude to you all. Y’all rock!

Then, the Rally-Backs. I went from not knowing names, to making jokes and dying in laughter with each and every one of y’all. From the laughing, stressing, teamwork, and excitement we all shared, I just want to thank you all for letting me cherish memories with you guys.

Finally, to the Hoge family, but more so my parental figures, @unlvbug & @premierimage.
Thank you for letting me take a job that not only has some crazy hours, but allows me to be myself. I told you guys when I was a kid that I would sign an MLB contact… I didn’t lie 🤷‍♂️. From buying dugout tickets not to see the players, but to see me, to surprising me on my work days, to coming with me to work on my day off 😂, I love you guys so much, and I’m very appreciative you guys supported me throughout the month

Hope to be back next year! Go D-Backs 🐍 taken in Arizona Diamondbacks by @john.hoge_
