Happy Spring to everyone!
I am happy to announce that starting April 23 through April 30 I will have a 50% off sale on all of my coaching services including consultations and monthly training plans. Let my 47 years of combined serious running and coaching work for you! Not sure who to talk to about advice on running plans?
This is what the last person that I coached had to say about me.
" I recently used John as my running coach. He was great. John was able to teach me a few things that increased my speed! Thanks John!

Happy Saturday everyone! It was my pleasure to volunteer at another great running event organized by the Badgerland striders. This was the Lakefront 5k. It was a hot one, but with the help of many hard working volunteers we pulled off another good event. by @john.megan.739

It's been a fun vacation in Michigan this weekend. Nice boat ride in lake Superior on Saturday. Today was a good day for a hike. You never know who you will see at the visitors center in Munising! If you guessed former Badgers superstar Tim Hacker you are correct. Tim was an ncaa Cross country champion, made a USA world team in cross country., not to mention being a track star. He is standing in the middle of my friend Jerry and I. We had a pleasant chat. Fun day! by @john.megan.739
