POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Many don’t know this, but @capitalsageholdings, which is now a diversified conglomerate, began as a simple intervention to give farmers access to markets and local women means of trade.

From lending ₦100,000 to rural farmers and market women in 2014 to building global agribusiness operations (@johnventsgroup), financial & fintech solutions (@ercas_hq & @kolomoni_ng) and healthcare (@bestwesternhospital), our journey affirms one truth: Africa’s next independence is economic.

That’s why I am honoured to share this story in a recent interview with @forbesafrica for its Nigeria Independence Day Edition, alongside other Nigerian leaders shaping the future.

The CapitalSage Holdings' story is bigger than one person. It is about Africa’s resilience, innovation, global expansion and confidence to build a future the world cannot ignore.

The future of global commerce belongs to those who are willing to innovate, adapt, and create lasting value.

It was a privilege to share thoughts at the @globusbank_ng Export Summit themed: Export Intelligence on the opportunities shaping the next chapter of agri trade and sustainable export growth.

Meaningful progress begins with bold conversations and disciplined execution.

What do you see when you think about yourself?

For me, that question changed everything.
We all have moments when our circumstances try to define us. The real challenge is deciding whether we’ll accept that story or write a new one.

Thank you to everyone at the @globalentrepreneurshipfestival Nigeria Edition for the opportunity to share my journey.

Keep believing.

Keep building.

The factory floor has a way of keeping you grounded.

It reminds you that behind every product is a process, behind every process are people, and behind every great institution is a commitment to excellence that is renewed every single day.

Leadership begins by staying close to the work.

Every significant achievement begins as an idea that demands courage before it earns applause.

The distance between vision and reality is bridged by discipline, consistency, and the willingness to keep moving when the outcome is still unseen.

A good week starts with listening.

The best ideas often come from staying close to the work, engaging with the team, and understanding what it takes to keep moving forward.

Wishing everyone a productive week ahead.

The work continues.

Behind every effective healthcare system are professionals whose impact is often unseen.

It was a privilege to engage with members of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria, Oyo State Chapter, on the importance of strengthening our healthcare ecosystem, recognising the invaluable contribution of pharmacists, and building institutions that support excellence.

Progress in healthcare begins with valuing the people who make it possible.
