After moving from England to Los Angeles in 2023, @johnathanpach pivoted from running an advertising agency into real estate and quickly gained traction in the luxury market. Now, just a few years into his new career, he’s landed the $16.5 million listing for the most expensive home in Ojai, underscoring his rapid rise.

Watching episode after episode of "Million Dollar Listing” during the COVID-19 lockdown inspired Pach and his wife to consider a career in real estate.

"One day we looked at each other and we were like, should we sell our house and our company, just get out of here and get into real estate," Pach said.

Though the first step after settling in was getting licensed.

"I was getting up at 4:00 in the morning, every morning, dealing with my U.K. team, dealing with all my international clients and working solidly until at least noon," Pach explained. "Then I was studying for my real estate exams in the afternoon. Even after I got my license, I was having to double up the work."
