I live to create, and Gunners story has been something i’ve always wanted to create something on.

I’ve wanted to create a short film since I started dabbling in photo/video, and Gunner has given me the perfect opportunity to do so. I love waterfowl more than pretty much anything in this world and photography has only made that love deeper. The people i’ve met and the places i’ve seen doing it have completely changed my life.

Thank you to everyone who’s even been a small part of that journey.

Certainly no one asked for my opinion but if it can help someone the way it’s helped me then why not. It’s quite surprising to me since being “in” the hunting industry, more specifically the waterfowl industry, how little some people value relationships and how easily people will burn them. Don’t get me wrong, a lot of the greatest people I know have come from the hunting world but it’s also given me the platform to observe a lot of bad people. Some people will just do anything for a little more status or a little more money, and to each their own. But in the end, relationships are more valuable than any tangible item in the world, and I fully believe that.
