A sneak peek of my poker night headquarters.

It’s not always about having the best hand (although winning never hurts 😉). It’s about getting the guys together, sharing some laughs, talking a little trash, and enjoying a night away from the daily grind.

The quickest way to find out who respects you is to stop doing things for them.

Focus on what you CAN control, take the next step, and keep moving forward.

And if all else fails… maybe a little perspective from the 19th hole will help. 🍻⛳

At the end of the day, the best part of success is having the people you love to share it with. ❤️
As much as I love helping people find their place to call home, nothing beats being home with the people who matter most!

Don’t just look at what a property is today. Look at what it could become.
Do your homework, know your numbers, and negotiate strategically. The right opportunity might be hiding behind a few problems that aren’t as expensive to fix as you think.
Thinking about buying before the end of the year? Let’s talk!

You don’t have to wait until retirement to start enjoying the things you’ve always wanted to do. Take the trip. Buy the boat. Play the golf. See the country. Don’t spend your whole life planning for a life you’re waiting to live.

You never know what tomorrow will bring, so make some memories along the way.

Don’t let what made you successful yesterday keep you from growing tomorrow.

Sometimes you just have to slow down, fire up the oven, and enjoy the weekend.
Hope everyone has a great one! 🍕🤙

Sometimes the things that push us the most are the things we’re most tempted to avoid.
Get comfortable being a little uncomfortable. You never know what’s on the other side of it.
