**Loan officers, I have a question. And I want honest answers.**

What is the **single biggest challenge** you're facing in this business right now?

Not what the headlines say. Not what leadership thinks.

**What is actually making your job harder than it needs to be?**

Is it the market? The margins? The technology? The lack of support? Or something nobody is talking about?

I'm genuinely curious.

**If you could change ONE thing tomorrow, what would it be?**

Let's hear it. 👇 by @johngstevens

TOMORROW. UNDER THE LIGHTS. IN PROVO. 🔥🏈

#2 Notre Dame is coming to town.

And #8 BYU has something to say about it.

They've got the ranking. We've got LaVell Edwards Stadium, Cougar Nation, and 60 minutes to make some noise!

I don't know about you, but I'm ready for this one!

**WHO'S TAKING THE WIN TOMORROW?** 🔵⚪

LET'S GO COUGS!!! 🤙💙

It's Friday, the sun is shining, and life is good! ☀️

One thing I've learned over the years is that who you work with matters just as much as what you do.

Good people make the hard days easier, the good days better, and the future a whole lot more exciting.

I'm grateful to be surrounded by some incredible people at Mortgage Solutions Financial.

Life's too short not to enjoy the journey.

Have a great weekend, everyone! by @johngstevens

Momentum isn’t built in one big moment. It’s built by showing up, making the next move, and repeating the habits that keep you moving forward.
Consistency creates momentum. Keep moving.

Sometimes the problem isn’t the path—it’s the perspective.
Changing your angle can reveal opportunities, solutions, and possibilities that were there all along. Great decisions often begin with being willing to look again.

Growth starts when you stop limiting yourself to what you already know.
Explore new ideas. Ask better questions. Take the opportunity that feels just outside your comfort zone. Sometimes the right key is found only after you’re willing to try a different door.

Pressure can either slow you down or sharpen you.
The difference is preparation, discipline, and the willingness to keep refining your approach. Build the skills today that give you an edge tomorrow.

**Great people don't need someone standing in their way.**

They need someone standing behind them.

The right leadership doesn't create obstacles. It removes them. It gives people the tools, trust, and freedom to do what they do best.

That's the kind of culture we're building at Mortgage Solutions Financial.

**Less friction. More freedom. Bigger possibilities.**

And we're just getting started. by @johngstevens

The best decisions aren’t always about winning today. They’re about creating options, building momentum, and positioning yourself for what comes next.
Think beyond the next move. Play the long game.

The Irish may have luck on their side…

But the Cougars are bringing claws. 🐾🔥

**There's a difference between being lucky and being dangerous.**
