Evening everyone, hope you’re all doing all okay. Another huge huge thank you to @je3foundation @charliedinburgh for these incredible trainers they have very kindly gifted to me. Still gobsmacked that I officially now have my own custom pair of Stan Smiths. Truly surreal experience for me. Big thank you also to @dasslerscraft for their absolutely unbelievable craftsmanship with them, so much so that I’m unsure I’ll ever be wearing them out and about. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 by @johnhenryeldred

Afternoon everyone, wishing you all a Merry Christmas and hope you’ve all had special days with your loved ones. Finished my run a few hours ago now and just polished off my Christmas Dinner. Everyone’s donations and support have been beyond generous and your kindness has honestly left me lost me for words. We have now reached a fantastic £8,095. I will endeavour over the next couple of days to personally thank everyone, but will certainly take me some time 😂
In a very bleak year where all hope had seemed lost, by banding together we have achieved what can only be described as a real life Christmas miracle. So thank you all. You are all absolute heroes that will potentially save lives for many years to come. I can’t express my gratitude enough with this post.
I hope the future is bright and prosperous for you all. You deserve it.
Just wanted to say an extra special thank you to everyone who came out and supported me today as well as throughout my training camp and last but not least the @je3foundation, @charliedinburgh @kerriedinburgh and @cydnieedinburgh for giving me this opportunity in the first place.
Merry Christmas once again, John-Henry 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 #je3foundation #jhe4je3 by @johnhenryeldred

Afternoon everyone, hope you’re all enjoying your weekends. Just thought I’d give everyone a quick update as to where we’re currently at. With regards to fundraising we are up to an incredible £3,840. Everybody‘s kindness and support thus far has been absolutely amazing and thank you doesn’t even come close to how appreciative the @je3foundation and I are. With a little under 2 weeks to go, there is still plenty of time to raise even more, so all reposts and spreading the good word would be extremely helpful to the cause!!

On the running front, my camp reached its pinnacle today and I completed my 2nd marathon this year in a PB time, which I’m very pleased about. Feeling kinda sore at the minute, but the distances will taper off now, making sure I’m prepared and well rested for Christmas Day.

Take care all and keep it moving 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 #theje3foundation #jhe4je3 by @johnhenryeldred

Another huge thank you to @wowhydrate for sponsoring my 40 mile Christmas Day run to raise money for the @je3foundation Their orange flavoured electrolyte & vitamin water is absolutely ideal for giving you that extra boost towards the end of a tough workout. It’s really improved my recovery process, by restoring my essential mineral levels when I’m running as much as I currently am. Would thoroughly recommend this product to all savages out there getting after it hard. So make sure you give these guys a follow and grab their great range of nutritional drinks now!!! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 #je3foundation #jhe4je3 #wowhydrate #pushit #electrolytewater #proteinwater by @johnhenryeldred
