Happy 4th Birthday to my dog Vision!

I honestly didn’t want a dog on day 1.

He was a Birthday gift for my Son.

4 years later he’s my favorite Dog ever.

Y’all show my Dawg some love.🐾🦴 by @johnhoustonsmith

What a week.

I had the chance to worship God with 30,000 people in Orlando Florida.

The dopest part of it was that I got to do it wit my dawgs. 🐾

Thank yall for having me.✊🏾

Now I’m about to go to every theme park in Orlando for the rest of the weekend. 🎢🎡

Mexico was a vibe as always. 🇲🇽

It was our kids’ first trip out of the Country and they loved it.

What a week!

On top of the reopening of my gym, Me and Allyson have been in franchise owner training for @beyondjuiceryeatery

Real leaders are hands on. So I wanted to immerse myself in the process so I can know how to do everything.

So along with our managers Tami and Ashley, we’ve been learning how to make Beyond smoothies and wraps, sweeping floors, taking customer orders, and learning how to do inventory.

I am so impressed with Beyond Juicery’s process and food freshness model. And I can’t wait for our location to open in a couple months.😮‍💨

And I’m opening it up in the hood I grew up in.🫡
