I teach Sign Painting. The first time I saw someone writing with a brush I was hooked. That was in 1986.

Here is a snippet from the "Brushes" section of my popular online course for beginners "SIGNPAINTING FIRST STEPS".
Over 5 hours of concise videos packed with information that can otherwise take years to pick up, packaged into a digesteble format that took me 2 years to create.
Part 1 of the course is a comprehensive overview of the tools, materials and processes of the trade.
Part 2 of the course features a full start to finish demonstration of making a decorative MDO exterior grade sign using multiple design and execution processes.
All this for only $69, plus exclusive discount codes for brushes and supplies. Dare I say it, the best value signpainting education on the planet for the price! Other courses and value stacked course bundles also available at LetterArtAcademy.com

Had a great time teaching these awesome shiny happy people the fundamentals of Traditional Signpainting a few weeks ago!
We started out by covering the basic tools and materials of the trade, then over the course of two busy days worked our way through to drawing and hand painting a refined block letter alphabet. A huge amount of progress from everybody over the weekend, thanks for all of your hard work guys!!!
Next workshop is happening September 26th-27th.
Still spots available, so jump in now to secure yours. Link in bio! 🖌🖌🖌🖌🖌🖌🖌#handpaintedsigns #Signpaintingworkshop #signpainting #signwriting #learntopaintsigns by @johnking101

Progress shots of a sign I painted a while back. Probably should have got more photos of it 🤪 Seeing airbrushed chrome for the first time in 1986 was what made up my mind to become a sign writer, on the spot! 🤪🖌🖌🖌🖌🖌#handpaintedsigns #signpainter #signpainting #signwriting #signwriter taken in King Sign and Graphic by @johnking101
